Received my order in good time, with tracking sent before hand. The goods were as they should be and at a decent price. I’m very happy with Bottlebasket and will buy from them again.

Refunded Straight Away
Next day after placing order, got a message that it was cancelled for some strange reason, I am not sure why would anybody keep sending me links for review and what to review as I never got what I wanted, but refund came straight away.

Terrible.
Terrible.
They took my order for a mother's day gift to be delivered directly to my mother then 3 days before Morhersday weekend they sent an email saying it was cancelled as I requested, which I certainly did not.
They then said it was because it was being delivered outside the UK.
It was going to the Isle of Man and they had that information when I filled in the shipping and paid an extra £16 for.
Very disappointed and frustrated
No gift for my mother now.

Worst company to never ever order with them as bunch of thief, Absolutely shocking service. Spoke with someone call Rio on phone when i have asked for my order become aggressive and threating behavior

Fantastic service from WhatsApp chat to delivery to my Door within 6hrs
I called bottle basket this morning for Cristal champagne and hennesy Xo (which is really scarce and hard to get hold of)
Did I mention fantastic prices!
Just like magic..... delivered to my Door.. Well done guys 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼.

Bought a bottle of Dom
Bought a bottle of Dom, so not cheap. Came in a nice presentation box as it is a gift. The box was taped with Fragile tape to stop it opening, even though it was in another box. When the tape was peeled off it removed a layer from the presentation box, so it now looks a bit crappy. Such a shame as I don’t think the tape was necessary and the box could have been secured with alternative, less damaging solutions.

my order has been cancelled without any explanation. refund has been issued but it left me in a difficult situation when I needed my 12 bottles of champagne for an event.

Didn’t receive the limited edition Remy Martin XO as per advertised on website the company sent the ordinary Remy Martin XO. Not impressed I won’t be using this company again .
