The service was brilliant. I couldn’t see how to add a note to a gift so I used the live chat. Nobody responded to the chat however I received a call from a lovely guy who sorted my request. Very efficient and helpful

Bottle leaked in transit
I purchased a bottle of Satchmo rum in August. On delivery the bottle had leaked in transit. Notified the company of this and returned the bottle on 11 August. Since then I haven't received a replacement bottle or refund. I would have rated the service as no stars but sadly I couldn't

I am still owed £175 from this company for an order of champagne that was never received. Communication has been really poor and although I was finally told a refund was being processed a week ago there is still no sign of it. This company have had my money since 24th July when I placed an order in good faith. More fool me for trying to save a couple of quid a bottle for a special event, I should have stuck with a reputable bigger firm. Businesses like this give small businesses a bad reputation. Please, please let me have my money back and please be warned about using these guys, I’d steer well clear. I’ll be starting a disputed transaction next week now I’ve been over a month out of pocket

Great retailer, poor courier choice
After a good deal and reasonable cost on shipping, an excellent online shopping experience and post sale correspondence.
The experience was let down with Evri as the selected courier, item was delayed and in poor shape on arrival, which was nothing less than expected when I saw who’d you chosen to ship with.

Cancelled my order and doubled the prices
Cancelled my order because they said the product was out of stock. They then doubled the price of the product on their website and asked me to place a new order. Spoke to customer service to try and resolve issue, but then they stopped replying to my messages.
