I bought 2 large suncatchers. The size,color and
personalized designs are stunning. They are truly heirlooms !

My partner loved the shirts I bought for their birthday. The quality seems good but it should be for what they cost. Initially, I thought they were just overpriced. Then I discovered they came from China and, I suspect, the tariffs of Trump jacked up the price to borderline unaffordable. If they hadn't been a present, I never would have spent that much.
Thank you, Mr. Trump, for demonstrating how expensive everything should be in the US. That is the point of tariffs, yes? To raise the prices on imports to make them more comparable with American goods so we will buy those instead? See how I am paying for your tariffs instead of China?

The suncatcher is very pretty, and it came in a reasonable amount of time. However, the chain that it came with is ridiculously thick, large, unattractive, and out of proportion to the suncatcher. I have to go buy a new chain of a more attractive and appropriate size.

I was not happy with the quality of the products for the money I’ve paid. They would not let me return it and offered a 30% discount on my next order. I wanted my money back, not another crappy product for a high price ..beware!

Upgrading from one star because they did finally refund my money. I ordered a replacement, the spelling was correct. Something wacky with the delivery method though as it said it was out for delivery beginning midnight two days before it was actually delivered so there was a bit of a cliffhanger as to where it actually was. It was at my doorstep this morning when I woke up. Oddly enough it said it was delivered at 2 PM yesterday which is not true as I was monitoring for the delivery all day and it was still not there when I went to bed at 10 o'clock at night. No typos on the personalized order this time. Customer service representative Wendy does a great job as she really seems to have her hands full. There are some glitches with execution and service to be aware of but the product was special enough that I decided to give it another go. Second time was the charm.

I had a problem, not with Bookswares, but with the shipping and tracking. WONDERFUL WENDY was incredible beyond my ability to express fully. She couldn't make my product which had left their hands appear. I was depressed as I had wanted my backpack to arrive before I left on vacation. It looked like it wouldn't. Here's the thing: Wendy conveyed the sense that she really cared about my pain. Oddly, it helped. And maybe that care sparked the Universe in some way because my backpack appeared less than 12 hours before my departure. I've carried it through western KS, CO, WY, OR and WA. Strangers and friends have oohed and aahed over it. I was able to tell them I ordered it from Bookswares! I hope more orders will come as a result. All because Wendy took time, some of which I wonder if was on her own personal time, to respond to my angst. A Company with people like her needs our support.

I received my item fairly quickly and was quite impressed with it. It is a gift for my granddaughter's upcoming birthday. She is going to love it!!

I didn’t receive my package. It was left outside my apartment and it was stolen. I have pictures of it being left in the daytime but my notification said it was delivered at 12:03am at my back door. I reached out and was told to talk to the shipping company. It was a personalized backpack and I feel like I was not treated as a valued customer who was very excited to receive this away gift paid for it only to have it lost/stolen. I’m extremely disappointed. There should be a more reliable delivery service.

Everything in my order was received amazingly fast. Since 3 items are Christmas presents, I had to laugh. The wine glass was packaged and sent separately which showed concern for such a fragile item.
