It wasn’t what I was expecting.
It wasn’t what I was expecting by any means, however that was my fault. I was thinking that it would be larger, I was thinking it would be stained glass, but after receiving it and being disappointed, I went back and read the description of the item, and it was exactly as advertised. But if I had read more carefully I would not have been disappointed, because I wouldn’t have ordered it. Lesson learned, and we still have a nice trinket to show for it.

I will never order anything from this company again as when I complained they asked me to take all these and prove the product wasn't what I expected. Any chance I get I will let people know how badly made and what poor customer service this company provides.

Trash sold as merchandise
I ordered a Sun catcher for my sister's birthday expecting it to be similar to their photo online. I mistakenly expected a product commensurate with the $40+ price tag. I was shocked to receive the flimsy, extremely overpriced, embarrassing piece of junk they sent ten days later! My immediate complaint to them was answered by some nonsensical AI form letter which offered their sympathy. An expensive lesson which I hope will save someone else from this frustration.

Crooked company
On June 19, I ordered a plaque as a gift for Christmas. What eventually came was a cheap WIG & 2 wig caps! I did NOT order this junk. It was sent in a phoney mailing label, as my post office has said. I have been going round & round with you to get my money back. I get an email every night at 9:45. What's that all about? I want my money back & believe me, I won't let up until I have it! You are a bunch of scammers! I want my account credited back NOW!

I paid a fortune for what I thought would be a lovely gift for a 96 year old seamstress. Instead I got a CHEAP looking piece that looked like something that could be bought at a dollar store. It is a JOKE!!! It is a RIPOFF!!! DO NOT PURCHASE, you are better off to throw your money away! Item was not delivered by post office, I was able to get the post office to actually email the company that the item was delivered to the wrong address and I never got it. Customer service is non existent except to email with excuses and delays.DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
