When the product was advertised
When the product was advertised, it looked like things stood out, such as the stained glass. What it turned out to be was just like any other cup that you can get anywhere. $25. is way too much for that type of cup.

Bookswares is a reliable, experienced company. I love the lily of the valley and books sun catcher that I ordered with my name on it. It hangs in my Kitchen window exquisitely!

Don't order from this company
I ordered a t-shirt that according to the size chart was the correct size for me. I own three other t-shirts and a sweatshirt from Bookswares, all are the same size and they all fit fine. The newest t-shirt is too small. I contacted customer support and they refused to allow me to return it. Their return policy states they will accept returns for merchandise that is too small. I would like to attach it here, but the site is not allowing attachments. The size chart indicates that there maybe +/- 1.0 inch difference. My shirt was two inches shorter than indicated. These meets the requirements for a return. They offered me a 10% refund. Whoopee! Maybe I could use that $3.00 to get the extra two inches of the shirt. This is the last time I will be purchasing from Bookswares. I have never before encountered a company that would not accept returns no questions asked. Bookswares made me jump through hoops. I had to send them photos showing that it was mis-sized. Then they rejected the return.

Don’t order from them.
After 2 months of waiting for my order to get here I find out that it was lost. I asked over and over again while it was in transit what the status was. Finally it said delivered and I did not receive anything. It’s hard to get in touch with someone and you can’t talk to someone live. I have asked for refunds or replacements and keep getting the run around. Will not be ordering from them again. Luckily I used PayPal and they got me a refund because Bookswares wouldnt and kept getting me the runaround.

The pictures used on their website are AI enhanced and not representative of the product you will receive; DECEPTIVE. The items received look completely different from the pictures advertised online. This company only hires the inept
This company only hires the inept. Ordered two different tumblers for two different people. Received two tumblers for the same person. They could not track the shipment requiring me to send a picture of what I received. Their answer was another tumbler which we never ordered and has nothing to do with any family or friends. Don't waste your money with these idiots.
