I received the wrong information

I received the wrong information. I was looking for a hotel at 1:00 AM in the morning and thought I was calling the local hotel, The Warfield Hotel in San Francisco. I didn't realize that it was a second party. I asked several times, "If I purchase this now, will I be able to check in?" and I was told that I can check into the hotel room right away. Because I was told I could check in right away, the agent told me I didn't need the insurance, so he knocked it off. When I got to the hotel, they said my reservation wasn't any good until 3:00 PM on the 2nd. I asked several times on the phone, "Are you sure I can check in?" and it was, "Yes, you can check in." Because of this, I had to pay for a whole new reservation out of pocket and am now having trouble getting my money back. I spent $104 online and had to turn around and spend $85 more dollars in order to get a room tonight or this morning

I specifically know i pushed the room…

I specifically know i pushed the room with jetted jacuzzi. As arriving they didn't have me reserved for one.
This was my solo birthday staycation to myself. But when I called yall , it couldnt be changed. Meaning no relaxing tub for me. Then I went to look at pool and sign saying closed till further notice! The only reason I booked for 2 nights to be able to enjoy a pool. Total disappointment

I really love this hotel ♥️

I really love this hotel. Everyone who works there is extremely professional and helpful in every way.
It’s located in a great neighborhood right by the bus stop.
They will work with you on daily rates, the rooms are clean and there’s free WiFi
Harsh is great to deal with there.
My favorite place to stay when I come to SF.

Everything. The reservatinionist put the wrong date on the reservation. I have been trying to get a hold of anyone to help me.
