I was told that I could pay for a early reservation when I made it to the hotel they didn’t know what I was talking about

When I got to my destination, there were no reservations. I was charged for reservations that I did not get. I'm out of pocket for more than $1000.00. Who got the money? It cleared my bank.

I told Ernst that I needed a room booked for right now he said okay. We booked the room over the phone then when we tried to check in right after that they said the room was booked for the next day & I needed to call Ernst back & have him modify the reservation. So I did he said he couldn’t do that so they charged me for a room that I couldn’t stay in. This company is shit I don’t recommend it. They are lies & cheats!!!!! He lied to me to get my money then wouldn’t give me a refund. Scammers don’t trust them!!

We were trying to book directly with the hotel, but kept getting re-directed to the bookonline website. We were charged roughly $300 above the going room rate for 2 nights. The hotel confirmed the rack rate when we arrived, and it was roughly $300 less than what bookonline charged us. I filed a complaint with bookonline and they refunded ~$100 within a day, but it was still an expensive lesson to be out of pocket >$200. We Do Not recommend bookonline.

June 23: I placed a reservation through the "bookonline.com" for a hotel in Nashville.

30–35 minutes later: I realized I had made a mistake (it was cheaper to order directly from Hilton) and immediately contacted the company to request a cancellation and refund

Following the call: The company refused my refund request, citing a non-refundable policy, and instead issued me an unwanted voucher after telling me they would refund the money IF I booked directly with the hotel (which I did)

Subsequent interactions: I repeatedly disputed the voucher, making it clear that I never asked for one and that I wanted my money back.

Company's instruction: The company told me I had to contact the hotel directly to get approval for a refund

Hotel contact: I called the hotel, made a new direct booking, and learned that the hotel cannot cancel third-party bookings directly; the third-party company must initiate the cancellation with the front desk

Final attempt: I contacted the third-party company again, provided my itinerary number (H1808898), and demanded they follow the correct procedure to cancel the original booking and process my refund. They would only provide me a 50% refund.

Charged for room a month before. No refund when I called and asked why. Please refund me.

I called late at night from Wilkes Barre Pa to make a reservation at Best Western Plus 875 Pulaski Highway, Bear DE 19701. I needed to stay 2 nights / 06/28/2026 & 06/29. I drove to the hotel only to find that the operator didn’t tell me that there was a 3AM CANCELATION for my reservation due to me checking in late. I was charged $266.66 total. Expedia booked the room so the hotel couldn’t refund my money so Best Western had to charge me for the room again. I was not informed of the 3:00AM CANCELATION RULE. I would have booked if I knew the rule. I drove over 3 hours from Wilkes Barre Pa to the NEWARK CHRISTIANA INN. I need you to refund my money $266.66 charged to my credit card. The operator was uninformed of the rule. cancelation. I need that money ASAP as I am not a wealthy mad that raised 6 children. I need that money returned to my Bank.
