Had problem with pressure drop on…
Had problem with pressure drop on Navien boiler leaving us with no heating and hot water.
Was talked through the process by phone and within minutes pressure drop corrected.
Great firm. Excellent service

Super concerned to receive an early…
Super concerned to receive an early morning call from my tenants saying no hot water on the new boiler fitted in April.
What a relief to have Phil, manager of the Operations team at Boilerhut, on the phone at 9am sharp and the situation resolved in seconds. Super grateful!

Good Sales & Good Install
I wondered about using a non local company to upgrade my boiler. I needn't have worried.
The Sales service was excellent. Good advise, recognition of issues, good responses - overall I felt confident - Well done Paul

Excellent Customer Support 👌
We had some issues with our external combi boiler. Boilerhut worked tiressly with the boiler manufacturer to install new boiler. The new boiler is working very well. Phil Kavanagh, customer service, was great in his support to organise the installation and he followed up all the way to ensure that the boiler is installed and works satisfactory. I am very happy with with Phil and his excellent support. Thanks Jay

Kept me informed of progress of my order and when there was a glitch in obtaining the boiler arranged another installation date. Matteo who installed the boiler was very efficient and helpful.

Great ongoing support post boiler install
BoilerHut installed entire LPG gas heating system including Viessmann boiler in 2022. Did a great job.
10 year warranty. Had an issue with the radiators not heating up Oct-24. Rang BoilerHut who could remotely see that the boiler was fine and talked me through some simple fault identification tests. We couldn’t fix it and they proactively arranged a Viessmann engineer on my behalf. Problem was a diverter that was likely jammed. All fixed now.
Great support, they don’t just sell you a boiler and disappear. Thanks guys.

GREAT SERVICE - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
My Viessmann Vitodens 100-W combi boiler was installed by Matteo of Boilerhut on August 30th, 2024. The work was carried out quickly and competently and Matteo went 'the extra mile' by explaining in detail how to adjust the controls of the boiler and its programmer
Impressed with the professionalism of Boilerhut staff I signed up to its Care Plan to ensure that my new boiler is properly maintained during its 12 year warranty period (and thereafter).
