The service we received was absolutely first class, and the two engineers, Rob and John, who fitted the new boiler were brilliant. They were extremely efficient, polite, friendly and courteous and always made time to explain what they were doing and to answer any silly questions I asked. Highly recommend this company !!

Boilerhut were really good from start to finish; they made the whole process really easy ensuring that everything went smoothly on the day of installation. The people who installed the boiler were top notch; they knew their stuff and didn't cut corners. There were parts being missing from the boiler delivery on the day of installation, but the two installations guys had things in their van to ensure the job was not held up. Overall, an effort was made to ensure the job was done well. I was really impressed.

Engineers turned up and decommissioned old boiler system and fitted new boiler system without any hassle, very friendly & professional. Set up the system and showed me how to use the wireless control and even set it up on my phone for me. Once finished they cleared away old boiler and packaging materials leaving no waste. Would highly recommend.

LPG Condenser Boiler
Slight hitch on installation date but kept in the loop and rescheduled quickly. Fitters arrived and installed the new boiler with no fuss and quite fast. They cleaned up as they worked and left no mess behind, putting all packaging in the recycling bin. We now have a warm house and hot water again

Through my care plan, I got a few weeks ago the technician Anthony, who tried very hard to solve a problem with 2 radiators that stopped working. He tried everything, but after a thorough evaluation, he came to the conclusion, that there was some occlusion. I was then offered by Boilerhut a way to solve this, naturally not covered by the plan, which was affordably prized. I accepted immediately, and today, Anthony came with a clear plan (due to his thorough previous investigation), and made a great work. Now the two radiators work perfectly. EXCELLENT WORK EVERYONE !

Iwould give Boilerhut top marks. they were so good with advice to help me find the best boiler to suit me and the house we live in. They had my old boiler which was leaking water, out and the new one in with in 4 days. Every one i dealt with was very kind and helpfull.

Everything was ok during installation and commissioning. The boiler is working fine.

WE choose Boilerhut for the very competitive price of the boiler package which included 12 years warranty. Having read reviews from their customers, including also in Trust pilot, Boilerhut inevitably looked to be a good choice to purchase a replacement boiler. We purchased the boiler online, then spoke to Paul from Boilerhut about fitting the boiler.
After carefully considering the all the pros and cons on replacing our 25 year old still poorly working Vaillient BOILER replacement at our house with my wife we decided to purchase, VIESSMANN BOILER, widely popular in Europe but still little known in UK. About the Boiler 👇👇

(6) Their expert Engineer Anthony came in 3 days time. He arrived at 8am. Sharp. Installed the Boiler by early afternoon. CARRIED out, chemical flush, magnetic system filter, Lime scale protection, hard water filter and also instalied a programmable room stat. Even repaired a small water leak which he noticed though not his job.

From start to finish this job has been botched. Poor quality of gas engineer whom was incapable of an honest days work and certainly was not the specialist in fitting the model of boiler choosen. Following complaints to the company they still refused to change the gas engineer. 2 months later and still no functioning heating or hot water. Customer services have been incredibly difficult to deal with and have been none inclusive for people with disabilities to deal with.

Absolutely great company, from first contact with Paul, to completion of the job, was just over a week, never thought that would be possible as we live in the highlands, the guys who came to install our boiler and radiators were great, really polite and tidied up before they left, only been two days but can already feel the difference in the house, highly recommend.

Everything looked ok, if messy, once done, but we found a leak in the cupboard and a hole in the roof for the flue. They came back to fix this so will see. We weren’t happy how the plumber flytipped the radiator we had paid to have removed/recycled.

They were also not willing to make the new radiator tails more tidy, or install an isolator on the magnetic filter which is good practice. Overall, quite untidy work but it was safe I suppose that’s the main thing.

You are also required to sign up to their service agreement or the warranty is void, which is disappointing.

In terms of service, it was ok at first but we came back with some snags and these were met with some hostility and defensiveness. Just minor things like all the TRVs fell off and the leak. These were not personal, just minor things to fix. I would not recommend using them.
