Nearly 5 Years of Excellence

In July 2024, it will be 5 years that we began using the services of Bobcares. During this time, I can honestly say our small company is very pleased with the kind of service the Bobcares team consistently delivers. I like their direct approach to resolving matters. No matter where we need help, I feel members of their team do their best. When additional knowledge is required a senior tech is called in to investigate. When there is confusion of any kind, a team leader steps in to find a quick resolve. They have a system that works and in the nearly 5 years that we have been with Bobcares, I am both surprised and grateful to see no drop off in how their services are delivered. In fact, their customer support continues to improve.

The quality of work sucks you have to…

The quality of work sucks you have to spell out any little thing, they switched the nameservers on a site and did not reenter the DNS records. I can send you 50 examples of simple tasks they bumble.

We became aware of the difficulties you faced during the DNS records migration following the DNS switch. It was observed that the DNS records were not correctly transferred to the new server, leading to your concern. We apologize for the issue on our end in ensuring the DNS records were accessible on the new server after the migration. Despite our engineer’s initial belief that the migration was successful, steps were missed to confirm that, which is against our norms. As per the level of service reviews here, this was not our normal level of service and has been escalated and resolved internally.

I want to emphasize that this incident does not reflect our usual service quality or our capabilities. As an ISO-certified organization, we follow strict quality standards and have rigorous checks in place to prevent errors. I was really hoping these reviews were right

I was really hoping these reviews were going to be right and that maybe every outsourced indian company that I have tried in the past were going to be just a bad experience, but theses guys were going to be the "real Deal" - how wrong was I.
First of all - there average response time that they advertise, is how long it takes them to respond to you a generic message saying we have received the ticket and to give them a "moment" to look. This is purely to keep up their stats, and ends up becoming annoying when every response you hope is a tech but it's just someone telling you "moment". When you do hear from someone - it will literally just be to ask you more questions, and then you'll have to wait hours for them to send another one back so that an average ticket can take 6 - 12 hours because they don't sit and work on your ticket, they are trying to have good stats by saying that they reply, despite the tech never actually doing anything. They will never use their own initiative, you'll always have to tell them what to do. For example, they focus on scanning my server twice now for viruses despite files being created that shows there is something that is still there - no one thinks about it until I again point it out and say I've scanned the server that's taken 24 hours twice now, but whatever is there, is still causing it to be there - shouldn't we make sure we are secured before running another virus scanner.
Oh yes, let us now work on a script to close back door. You will have to hold there hand ALL the time. Every single time, hold their hand.

24/7 Dedicated & Professional Support

Most of the time I received a reply within 30 minutes. Recently they mounted my new backup hard disk and set the backup configuration. I always assign tasks only at the night time and they never missed one task till now. I will definitely recommend Bobcares to others.
