Problem was solved before I woke up.
I've been using Bob Cares for a little over a year. Most of the time our server is running smoothly and there's nothing for them to do. Yesterday, a server update ran and there was a problem. mySQL would not restart. They were identified of the problem, logged into our server, identified the problem, applied the fix and got mySQL running again. The whole thing was resolved in about an hour while I was asleep.
This one incident was worth the year's service fee...which is pretty reasonable anyway.

Fast response time and perfect results. Even with a complicated issue, I can always count on Bobcares to figure out what is happening with my server and make it right. They always explain what they did and how they fixed it (even if I don't understand that explanation 100%).

I was able to work with a Bobcares…
I was able to work with a Bobcares agent Vyshakh who was able to to solve the a problem that I have spent several hours to resolve. It was a long process but in the end my issue was resolved and we are able to work together to have out oVirt host issue resolved.

I wish I contacted them sooner
Saw a lot of mixed reviews for Bobcares and decided to use them for dealing with a weird issue with one of my websites. I was dealing with repeated incidents of downtime due to disk space running out due to some unusual activity. My webhost could not find the cause despite it being a managed service and I wanted to see if Bobcares could identify the issue and they thankfully did and has been 4 days and the problem has been taken care of
