Mia and her whole fabulous team at bobbleheadz is amazing and so talented. I could not figure out what to grt my fiancee for his birthday. I made a cpl changes through the process and she updated me via email, every step of the way with photos. Always making sure I was satisfied with the progress. The final result was so accurate and detailed. I'm blown away. Shipping only took 5 days.
I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and will be a repeat customer.

Used for a wedding. Accurate, funny, and loved

The entire process end to end was fast and easy. I did a custom bobblehead with a pet and since it is important to get the pet's colours correct I emailed a bunch of additional photos from different angles. The team chose a really cool pose from the pictures and recreated it on the bobblehead. I can't say enough about the quality - it's spectacular and this gift for our departing colleague I am sure will be forever treasured.

Excellent customer service, my bubblehead looks amazingly the same like my brother. The shipping was very fast. All the process took 12 calendar days. I paid for rush service of 10 week days including delivery and it arrives the 9th day.

I recently ordered a bobbleheadz because I thought it would be a great gift idea, something different. The likeness of the bobblehead was very good to the pictures i provided. I found the delivery of the item cam rather quickly. My expereince with this company was very good and i will likely be a repeat customer

It was horrible dealing with them. I think they are based in China. Emails don't get responded to during the day. I paid for express shipping but it never arrived on time. It was shipped to the wrong person. They made me another one that looks nothing like the proof. It was for my sons graduation. He hates it because it looks nothing like him. I'm not getting a response for refund or remake. I guess I just wasted about $200 for nothing.

I ordered a custom Bobblehead and received it. I was very happy with the final product. I was surprised to receive an invoice from FedEx a week or so after the project was done charging me extra $$ for shipping. I reached out to Bobbleheadz and they ultimately resolved the issue by refunding me for the unquoted fees.
