The worst experience ever. 3 weeks from the time I ordered and still..nothing.
LED me to believe it was an Australian company, another lie!
Do not pay these people a cent!

I loved the bobble heads. There was great communication and when I wanted to make some minor changes it was no problem. The bobble head was a great copy of the photo. Thank ypu

The end product was sensational. The ordering process was great. Mia sent proofs for me to approve and kept contact through to delivery. Delivery was very swift. Recipient was absolutely stoked with the gift.

Custombobbles did a great job with my bobblehead order. Luke was very responsive to my emails and provided regular updates with proofs. When I requested changes to the proofs, they took my comments on board and when back and forth with me until I was happy with the product. The final product was great and life-like. I was looking for a unique gift for nephew who loves his cricket. I submitted photos of my nephew, and Custombobbles AU made a replica of my nephew playing a shot, in his club colours, with an incredible likeness of his head as the "bobblehead." The process was quick, and they sent photos of the draft for me to sign off on prior to production. The attention to detail was amazing, and my nephew and myself were very happy with the finished product. I will definitely be using them again for a bride and groom wedding gift, as well as gifts for grandkids, matching them with their interests, such as footy and music.

I ordered a custom bobble head at short notice for sister’s 50th birthday. I was sure I’d left it too late to get it in time, but Luke turned it around so quickly (and was even accommodating enough to do a second round of changes to my request)!! I ordered 2 x rush order custom bobbles right before Christmas, they were needed as gifts for early January. Luke messaged me the 2 briefs on Christmas Day!! I couldn’t believe it, the way he captured the faces was unreal. He truly is talented. The communication was outstanding and hassle free. I would 100% use custombobblesau again! Dealing with Custombobbles AU was seamless from start to finish. The ordering process was simple and easy to navigate and transaction was smooth. I chose and paid for a rushed order since I needed the bobble head for a gift in the next week. Luke who is the Sales Coordinator responded in less than 12 hours with the proofs of the bobble head figurine for me to approve - so speedy! The craftsmanship is amazing and the likeliness of the figurine to the photo that I supplied was superb. The figurine was sent out after I approved and it arrived within the time frame specified. I am so happy I stumbled across this website after searching for ideas online and I am very happy how the bobble head turned out. They are hand made and not 3D printed so you can see the care that has been taken crafting them. I will definitely purchase again from this business!
