Our Bobblehead was 2 weeks later than originally expected. On top of that they had a full month to complete it. They only sent one proof, the changes that were asked to be made were not properly done. What we ended up with only looks like the person from one angle and the custom accents were not actually completed.

Bobblehead looked great, overall experience was actually 5 stars. Mia kept in contact for proofing throughout the process, and the bobblehead came out EXACTLY to my specifications.

I absolutely love the bobblehead I ordered. It looks even better than I imagined it would. I love the idea of being able to have “frozen a moment in time.” My grandson and his parents are thrilled with it. The staff were so helpful in answering all my questions and responding to my queries, especially Mai Li. I think the bobblehead is an amazing gift for anyone for any occasion and I definitely recommend Bobbleheadz. thank you.

Would highly recommend this company! The product turned out great and the person I gave it to was thrilled. The customer service is superb too! They communicated well and promptly. Plus I got my delivery just in time for Christmas, which is always a plus for someone like me who didn't order it until I thought was too late.

The custom bobble head I ordered came exactly as I instructed. I am kinda jealous of the person I gave it to because of how cool it is. I almost kept it for myself. I already recommended Bobbleheadz to friends and I would recommend to anyone who reads this.

This is so obviously 3D printed in CHINA they are NOT CANADIAN. The craftsmanship is exactly what you would expect from CHEAP CHINESE CRAP.

I would say you get what you pay for but I paid a lot so what a RIP OFF.

I ordered 5 of the same set of bobbleheads.

The figurines themselves are all completely different from each other. One or more of the sets is closer to the first draft they sent me and I rejected.

Another set is completely off looking. They are all different sizes and shapes. No good. Only maybe one or two set even looks close to the proofs.

The bases are marked up and used looking plus they are grey I thought they were black?

The labels are not engraved they are cheap label maker stickers and some of them are peeling off and marked up as well.

The figures are not even attached to the bases either my recipients get the pleasure of hot glue gunning the figures to the bases themselves... not something that is said on the website or in the emails.

This has been such a disappointing experience and I am requesting a refund on these goods as they are not even close to what I ordered and was told to expect.

Great customer service including any and all alterations I requested. The bobbleheads turned out amazing. Looked lifelike. Very good quality would definitely buy again from you in the future

Absolutely loved my bobblehead!! The detail, quality and even the accessories were perfect. Purchased as a Christmas gift, arrived in time and well packaged for shipping. I will definitely be ordering again!

Ordered 2 for my nephews, as a xmas gift… Time was tight and had to deal with a postal strike. But not a problem for Steve and his team. Got them just in time and amazing quality… you will not be disappointed in there products.

We ordered two Bobbleheads of our Principal and Vice Principal and they absolutely loved them! The creator worked with me to get the hair colour just right... And we did receive them in time for the holidays!!!

I’ve ordered two bobbleheads from Mia and her team now. They are amazing, so much detail and shipped in excellent condition with care. I ordered a second after receiving my first as I loved it so much and cannot wait until Christmas to give them to the people I ordered them for. Highly recommend. Everyone should have a bobblehead!
