I had an excellent experience with Bobbleheadz, from the beginning when I reached out to them, all the way to the final product. Their communication was prompt and professional and they ensured that they had everything covered down to the smallest details. The finished product was outstanding, you can clearly see the hardwork and attention to detail that is taken to achieve their final products. 10/10, would order again!

Pretty good! They take a while to complete + ship but I didn’t pay for express anyways, I’d say the whole process took about a month total. I bought a custom made one for my friend as a surprise and just used snaps I had of him saved in chat, they managed to do it exactly like him and made him wearing the shirt I specifically asked for, along with the tattoos he had. He thought it was hilarious and so did all of our friends.

Had a special motorcycle Bobblehead made for a retired friend. It turned out better than I had hoped! Mia and Team were great to work with. The level of detail on the bobblehead and motorcycle itself was exceptional. I would definitely use bobbleheadz.ca again and would recommend to everyone as well!

Mia was very helpful (and patient) with our back and forth conversations. We were worried about the tiny logos but they came out great. The end product is definitely going to put a smile on his face (and family’s faces). I’m hoping we can come up with another reason to get another one.

I have ordered numerous bobble heads from this site, every time we have a retirement from our company or departure from our management team. Each time the service is quick, the price is justifiable and the service exceptional. People really enjoy receiving their personalized bobble head and this site has always been able to add those personalized touches to each order.

The customer service was really good. The bobblehead itself didn't end up looking close to the actual person. I was also (maybe foolishly) under the impression I was dealing with a Canadian company (due the .ca website and Canadian flag on the header), but the product was shipped from China. I also thought that the bobblehead would have printed logos and words, but they were just cheap stickers. Won't buy from them again.

Bobbleheadz delivered 82 fully customized bobbleheads to our graduating hockey players and each one of the players loved their gift. The resemblance was striking and we appreciated seeing the proofs in advance. The customer service was excellent. This is a wonderfully unique gift to celebrate a special milestone. Highly highly recommend.

Our parish priest, Fr. Mirek, was moving to another parish and so I ordered a bobblehead of him in his Easter vestments (fully custom-made). After all, Fr. Mirek meant a whole lot to us!!! I wanted something for him that would both honour him and make him smile, even giggle, when he looks at it.
I got someone to take a picture of him after Mass (from the front and back) and sent off the order.
I wasn't sure if the bobblehead would arrive in time, but it actually came a month before Fr. Mirek would be leaving!
The created bobblehead was absolutely perfect and looked like him to the tee! The only problem was that the company that did the actual delivery crushed the box that it came in, thus ruining the bobblehead within!!
I was both saddened and perplexed with the condition of our gift for our beloved priest!!
I immediately emailed Bobbleheadz to see if they could create and send a NEW Fr. Mirek bobblehead -- and not only did they respond immediately, but the new bobblehead arrived in plenty of time before his actual departure!! Not only that, but they sent it FREE OF CHARGE!! It wasn't even the Bobbleheadz company's fault that the mishap happened...and they replaced it with an exact copy quickly and without cost!
Now THAT is a company that stands behind their product!!!!
By the way, Fr. Mirek DID in fact smile broadly and even giggle a little when he received his gift from us!!!

We chose a personalised bobblehead of my husband as a Father's Day gift. We send the pictures and very quickly we received the proof. I was really demanding to get the most realistic result. Customized bobble head exactly to the specified details. The similarities between pictures sent and the bobble head itself are hilarious and realistic. It is a great keep sake gift.
The support team are extremely helpful. The process of ordering and delivery met all expectations and the packaging could very well withstand a tornado. Only downside is I'm going to have to order more for my other team members without a doubt.
