I ordered a personalized Bobbleheadz as a Christmas gift for my Grandson. I found that all the people at Bobbleheadz and especially Mia were always there to answer questions and make adjustments to my order.
When I received the order, delivered by Fedex, the packaging was first rate and it arrived safe & sound.
I am completely pleased with my order & the whole process.
If there is any one suggestion that I would make it is, that although proofs were given every stage of the process, a final proof of the whole bobblehead, all together, would have been nice.
All in all, a great company and great people to work with.

I ordered a bobble head for my coworker who was retiring and this company was amazing to deal with.

They communicated through the whole process, made an amazing bobble head (that looked just like my coworker) and shipped it to me with no delay.

We chose Bobbleheadz as they offered ability to review proofs before production which was so valuable. We ordered 10 bobbleheadz for our race team wrap party and everyone was overjoyed. Smiles all around. Incredible likeness and detail with team hat and shirt logos. Amazing way to wrap up our season and evening event. The Bobbleheadz team was great to work with. Very responsive and provided proofs of the bobble heads before producing them which allowed us to get the likeness really close! I ordered 14 Bobbleheads for a special Christmas event and my guests were SO surprised and impressed! I will definitely be using this company again.

My boss created a funny avatar for himself but it captured our line of work and his importance in it. We decided it needed to be a BobbleHead not only for the humour but for the memories. He loved it. I went back and forth with a team member from Bobbleheadz and they created it perfectly. Thank you Mia and team.

Great experience, ordering instructions were easy, the turnout of the bobblehead was great, so many similarities to the photos provided. Delievery was rushed and they completed and had it to us as scheduled! Will be ordering again!

I was so impressed with how easy the entire process was, and the fantastic result!
You get to see the bobblehead before it’s ’finalized’ to make sure it’s correct and it was amazing how similar mine was to the pictures.
I ordered mine as a surprise gift and not only was the recipient impressed, everyone who saw it thought it was great. One person went on to order one for a friend themselves.
I used a hockey theme and it was the perfect present for a hockey fan.
If you are considering ordering one, but aren’t sure it will look good enough, don’t worry. It will look great and will make great gift, especially since it will be a one of a kind.

I ordered 5 bobbleheads for an early Christmas (Dec.5/25) and didn’t give them a lot of time to do them. They promised I would have them and I did!
Everyone loved them and they created quite a few laughs, which was the result I was hoping for.
The communication from their company contact (Steve Wallace) was amazing and very helpful. He made me think the company cared about my business. They request payment before they even start your order, which sometimes make one feel they might just forget you, but they were amazingly diligent with contact.
The likeness to my family members was definitely noticeable and the figurine itself is very good quality.
I was so happy with the results I ordered 8 more for the rest of my family and “normal” Christmas.

Don't get fooled by reviews.
I had a custom bobblehead made for a very special occasion. They sent a prood that didn't look very good. I had to suggest many different changes and the new proofs were not great. Eventually after 4 proofs I gave up and accepted. They assured me the skin tone was going to get darker upon baking, yet it did not happen. I received the bobblehead and it was awful! Customer service was extremely slow nnd they suggested I pay $80 and they would remake it. This time the proof looked OK but upon receiveing it this one was way too dark. DO NOT TRUST the quality. Terrible customer service.

The designer was very patient with me while I explained what I would like. Finished product is great. Team of football moms approve.

I recently placed a corporate order for my team at work. Working with the Bobbleheadz team and Steve specifically was incredibly smooth! From start to finish I felt very supported, and even with multiple rounds of feedback I felt comfortable and confident in the hard work & attention to detail going into my order of bobbleheads (a batch order of 30 custom bobbleheads is no easy feat!) Would definitely order again and recommend to anyone else as well.

These artists are fantastic! The detail they put into their work is amazing - right down to the cauliflower ears on my wrestler. This is the second bobblehead I have had done by Bobbleheadz.ca and both gifts have had rave reviews by their receivers. Great gift for your favorite people.

Everything was seamless. Mia was a great help and we got exactly what we requested. The grandkids will be super excited to get their bobbleheads at Christmas this year. The likeness is excellent. I suspect that once their teammates see them they will most likely want one for themselves. We couldn't be happier with the service and product that we received.
