Great customer services person
The customer services person I spoke to was friendly and carefully went through everything with me. She spoke clearly and without just speeding through all the details, taking the time to ensure I understood everything. By far the best customer experience I have had when renewing my insurance.

I called to enquire about car excess insurance. The lady I talked to was clear, explained everything and answered any questions I had. I usually dread these kind of calls but this lady made the whole process very easy.
