I tried phoning the renewal telephone…
I tried phoning the renewal telephone number given in the email on several occasions but it was always engaged. Eventually I checked online and phoned of 0818 number and got through. The person to whom I spoke - Patricia? - was excellent but simply putting up a voice message saying you're particularly busy at the moment, year after year, isn't good for customer satisfaction.

I travel a lot to so to have this worldwide insurance is amazing. I only had the need to use it once when I was sick and within 20 minutes I saw a doctor and had my medication. This is the best insurance on the market and I have searched believe me.

Don't buy the extra insurance with your rental
We paid for expensive extra insurance with a car rental company, it turned out to be blue insurance! now we buy it directly with Blue every year for a great price. We have made one claim and it was handled painlessly
