The order has not arrived
The order has not arrived. I was really hoping it would come before the weekend.
Finally here! I am sure it was a mail problem and not the company, but if you want this before a trip for example, make sure you order in plenty of time!

Hello Vikki,
We are very sorry about the delay with your delivery.
Unfortunately, this is an issue with Royal Mail and it is outside of our control.
This happens rarely and it is very frustrating for us too. We can only assure you that your item was dispatched on time and that it is still on its way to you.
We will get in touch with you directly via email to try and get this issue resolved.
We work really hard to provide a good customer experience and it's upsetting for us that this has happened.
We hope you will accept our apology.
Kind Regards,
MJ
