We had an excellent experience with Bloom and Nancy, our worker. We first met Nancy on the phone on March 3, 2022. Our reverse mortgage was complete on March 30, 2022.
Nancy answered every question, and kept in contact with our mortgage advisor. She communicated with both my husband and I. We found the reverse mortgage perfect for us. We were able to free up our debts with the mortgage, and make our financial life easier.

After stumbling upon Bloom in an ad on my phone, a quick phone call and the representative was courteous and knowledgeable and in amount offered on my property and their fees out did those of Home Equity.
It was a no brainer to continue with Bloom and within days the appraisal was done and paper work undertaken.
Papers arrived at my lawyers, i signed and a closing date was set and on that date my money was in my bank acct.

From my initial visit to Bloom's website including my initial contact with Richard, as well as all subsequent contacts, I was positively impressed with the company's professionalism, thoroughness and just the overall excellent level of communication throughout the entire process in securing a reverse equity mortgage with Bloom. As long as you meet the very simple criteria indicated on Bloom's website with respect to age and home equity, Bloom will help you secure a reverse mortgage on your home. What I found pleasantly surprising was the speed of the entire funding process from start to finish. This was such a refreshing and positive experience compared to dealing with the traditional 6 big banks. Way to go Bloom you have raised the bar when it comes to both your product as well as the level of customer service and support that you provide to your customers !!!
