Bob was great even with a couple of problems that were beyond anyone's control every thing was completed and funded within a couple of weeks would highly recomend them

I had closed my first reverse mortgage file with Bloom Finance Company Ltd. in December, and I was asked to provide a review, but I held off on providing that review as I was not sure if that first file experience was an anomaly... The process went so smoothly from start to finish; the interest rate and terms were favourable to the client, and, the file closed on time! That particular client was also very difficult to work with, which made everyone's job that more challenging.
I just closed another reverse mortgage file with Bloom and once again, the experience was fantastic! The commitments are presented in terms that are easy to explain to senior homeowners, and the option to use a title closing company and one's own lawyer for the ILA portion also made it a seamless process. I have no hesitation in recommending Bloom to my clients and colleagues for their reverse mortgage needs!

The ease of process. Very straight forward and simple in format. My underwriter Bob Urbanovitch was great to deal with. I was able to speak with him directly on most occasions as he answered the phone and if I left a message it was returned promptly. Bob was very personable, easy to speak with, very knowledgeable and a good resource for feedback and opinion. From start to finance we funded promptly.
