While this particular application came across many hurdles, the Bloom team stuck with me and my client to the finish line. Along the way, I found them to be extremely helpful, transparent and a real effort on their part to get the deal completed.

It can be scary when you reach your retirement age and you still have a mortgage to pay and with the interests rates now. Then comes Bloom with a way to not having to make mortgage payment. At first I thought this is too good to be true it must be a scam but it is not. It is just a different type of lender. It really didn't take that long to go through the process. If paying down your mortgage is stopping you from retirement talk with the people at Bloom.

Beware of what you click on, this company and Spring Finare extremely shady and if you click the wrong thing , you will be automatically subscribed.

When you try and cancel they will give you the run around. BE CAREFUL!

My wife and I were concerned that we were going to have to sell our home as we are up in age on a fixed income and getting to the point of not being able to keep up with the rising property taxes and home insurance as well as everything else. She is very patient and explained everything very well and answered all our questions and helped us through the whole process. Just starting the process of a reverse mortgage, husband & I are very skeptical because it sounds almost to good to be true- we are going through some financial hardships and the thought of selling our family home has been overwhelming and heartbreaking. Sonia has been amazing with her patience & understanding , her knowledge and is always replying in a very efficient and quick manner . Bloom should be proud of the professionals who they employ. Vishal Gulati in particular, guided us through our reverse mortgage journey from the application stage to closing the transaction. The website content explained reverse mortgages in easy to understand terms and we experienced no surprises along the way.

I am SO VERY HAPPY & PLEASED I CHOOSE BLOOM over any of the Other Reverse Mortgage Companies that I checked out & I checked a lot of other Companies. They are Very Friendly, accommodating & Very Easy to get a hold of Anyone. They answer any & all questions you may have & they Always make sure You understand Everything. They were also the Cheapest ones around, at the time I checked every other Companies.
They also gave me a credit card along with a lump sum, which was FANTASTIC & as far as I knew No Other Company did that it was 1 or the other if I am not mistaken, at the time I received my reverse mortgage.
I Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND BLOOM TO ANYONE & EVERYONE!

As a mortgage broker, when a client gives you a bottle of wine to say thanks... You know everyone involved did a great job and the product is the right option for the client.

The Bloom website doesn't note that Bloom lending policy discriminates against those of us with rural properties. It also says up to 55% but doesn't note that you have to be in your 90's to get that amount. Deceived and disappointed.
