My eyes aren’t feeling as dry it definitely helps with the dryness

Unlike any pharmacy I have ever used in 50 years, more like a marketing/sales drive organization. They barraged me with marketing emails even after removing myself from their email list. The day after I confirmed my information with them for a new prescription I even received a spam sales call from Blink Home Security. I just happily severed all ties to them.

I received my eye drops with a defective lids so they would come out more than normal. I ran low and asked them to please overnight my new script considering my last bottle was defective.
They did nothing to help the matter and acted very uninterested in my problem.
I would not recommend this company.
We are talking about eye drops that are over $800

BlinkRx received my prescription the day before Thanksgiving and contacted me right away to let me know that they were trying to process the order as soon as possible. On Monday FedEx delivered my medicine. Even though it was a holiday weekend this company went the extra mile to make sure I had my medicine. In addition they were very helpful in answering any questions I had about my medicine.

My new Rx arrived right and time and the agents I talked to about the Rx I needed for my eye problems were very helpful. And the cost of the RX I got was lower than any other place I researched. I so so happy with BlinkRx

I don’t see that the drops are making any difference. I can barely feel them when they go in so sometimes I don’t know if they actually got in my eyes or not.

Dr Williams and I submitted paperwork showing I have no income other than SS, qualifying me for free medication. But I haven’t heard anything back. I worry your program is bait and switch— initially providing free drops but then charging exorbitant fees.

I ordered my prescription over 2 weeks ago and BlinkRx giving me the run around! I am now out of my prescription and they aren’t helping me!!!

I have been so frustrated with BlinkRx customer support. I have been out of my medication for 2 weeks waiting and have contacted them through 2 different methods and been misinformed that my order was just in process when really they cancelled it. I was never told this, and when I emailed over Thanksgiving break seeing it had been refunded, they assured me it was all set and just still in process. I just re-ordered again because I still haven't received it and contacted customer support who said they canceled original order. I asked if there was anything they could do to get my order processed faster or shipped faster than the 2 day option I paid for - (due to this being their error and misinforming me 2x), and they were completely unhelpful and unwilling to do ANYTHING. I asked how we avoid the situation just happening again and he just stated that "it won't be cancelled and is in process". Very disappointing as this is they only place I can get my medication from.

Like the quick service when receiving my first order.
Dislike the refill process, ordered my first refill, paid the amount stated I owed, and kept receiving emails and texts stating it was time to order my refill everyday for a week. Chatted with a Representative online and they stated they would generate a ticket to Tech Support to resolve the issue.
I received my refill a week ago, and I am still receiving emails stating it’s time for me to order my refill. Absolutely ridiculous and pathetic that this Company’s system is sooooooo messed up and that Tech Support has not fixed it.
Can’t wait for my Doctor to tell me that I no longer need to use the prescription.

Blink does well to provide product to patients up front. Problem is my insurance is quick to disapprove my ophthalmologist prescription! Switching insurance next year!

I have a lot of eye problems. One is fluctuating vision due to dry eyes. Tear film is supposed to last for an average of 27 seconds. Mine lasts for 4 seconds. My optometrist recommended Miebo. The company sent me a free bottle to try. They were heaven. My eyes are so much more comfortable than they've been in years. The company reps communicated and followed-up with me very well. Unfortunately, my insurance has refused to cover it and I can't afford it. SURPRISE! BlinkRX sent me a second free one!

The drops sting when applied and the results are not as lasting as I had hoped. For the price, I am a bit disappointed.

Take the hassle out of what would be another chore. Was able to get all the medication approved with insurance, I didn’t have to call customer service. Medication shipped to me. Great time saver

They were quick and easy to work with

Do not use this company they are useless and some representatives are rude and incompetent. Your prescription will take forever to come. My last order for Mybo eye drops was supposed to be here in 5-7 business days but the representative did not complete the order so now the prescription is out of date….they draw you in with the first prescription being free. Then the second will be higher… then finally it will be too expensive and your insurance will decline. Useless. Absolutely useless.
