BlinkRx: predatory/aggressive marketing service NOT a pharmacy
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. BlinkRx works to "control every aspect of the prescription journey" for pharma manufacturers NOT for patients according to their own website on the "life-sciences" page. One of their "Key Benefits" is to "Control the patient experience: Build and control every step -- from enrollment to refill -- to maximize conversion, speed, and adherence." And boy do they ever exert control over the patient experience! Once they got my contact info and I placed my first order, they spammed me relentlessly to refill my prescription just a few days after the initial fill. The BlinkRx app purports to allow me to update my payment info and contact preferences but does not provide the means to do so. Any changes require a phone call to their 800 # to speak with a CSR who is either unwilling or unable to fulfill my requests. There seems to be no way to contact the actual pharmacy directly. The CSRs' main duties seem to be to thwart the customer's ability to cancel an order or to close their account. I was actually told that I could not cancel my prescription or close my account unless my doctor canceled the prescription. When I tired of their aggressive marketing tactics and called to cancel my order and request a refund, my order was shipped 2 days later and no refund was issued. I canceled the order because my card was charged immediately upon ordering but the prescription had not shipped more than a week later. The CSR was not helpful at all and gave excuses, not answers. Even though BlinkRx is the only source from which to obtain my prescription (Fosteum Plus), I have requested that my doctor cancel the prescription rather than continue to do business with BlinkRx.

Everything went so smoothly from ordering my new medication to having it delivered to me. So quickly too!

The representative who took my information insisted that the eye drops be mailed right away. He did not listen to my reason for waiting. We were traveling down to FL in a few days, so thought it wise to postpone the order to the FL address until we were actually there. So, product arrived earlier than planned; we weren’t there, it sat outside.
And due to car troubles, we had to cancel our auto train reservation. The next reservation was 9 days later. The ice packs were all melted of course. And the drops burned my eyes when I tried them, so this complimentary batch is useless.
It was really good
It was really good. Text updates, good email communication. I was enrolled and had my eye drops within a week.

Over service works with several technical issues that should not be a problem for a large company.
Over service works, shipping was decent and their customer support was ok.
The problem I have add is with the website, they didn't apply manufacturer coupons even after calling and being told they would adjust it and check back later.
I couldn't even log on to my account for about two weeks, tried from multiple browsers and devices and then it started working for no reason.
Now I can't update my HSA card because the new card I was issued is the same except for the expiration date and the system wont allow me to remove it and gives a error if I try to add a new card. The customer service people can't help me and want to transfer me to another group just to do something as simple as update my HSA card.

I was kept up to date on my prescription and it arrived in a timely fashion.
The worst customer service
My ophthalmologist uses blink RX for certain prescriptions. I had a pending authorization for an eye drop which I was following up with them on a daily basis. They kept telling me they don’t have the prescription from my doctor and my doctor kept sending them the prescription at least three times. The second half of December 2025 there was a stream of phone calls on my behalf to my doctors office and blink RX to find out what’s going on with my prescription. The level of chaos and lack of professionalism amongst the customer service reps was astounding. Make a long story short, because of their negligence, I lost zero co-pay for my eye drop. When I called in January to complain about it and asked for a supervisor, I was told that there was no body available and I had to wait for them to call me back. today since I didn’t receive a call, I called them to speak to a supervisor and had to deal with a very rude customer service rep. I am not sure, but I think her name was Maria,Who had the audacity to blame me for my problem!!? in a very condescending and demeaning tone, She asked me if I have been reading my texts? Which was the most stupid thing she could’ve asked me because it was the confusing texts from this Pharmacy that prompted all my phone calls. I will inform my ophthalmologist about the rude and unprofessional treatment I received from this pharmacy. I am very surprised that they don’t have more bad reviews.There are some and they are mostly about customer service. Hopefully they can hire people who respect customers and know what they’re talking about when they pick up the phone!!
Use Another Pharmacy!!!
First they contacted the wrong drug plan - and waited like two weeks to tell me that they didn't get a response. They should have contacted me sooner. Then, when I gave them the right drug company and told them I was trying to squeak in under the wire (my drug plan changed 1/1/26) they dragged their feet on filling the script and now its too late, costing me my $590 deductible. They said supervisors would call me and they never did. They CSRs speak almost no English ("I help you with this thing Mr. Robert) and provide no help. Don't deal with Blinkrx - there are other specialty pharmacies that offer much better service.

Terrible company
I had a prescription written & was told BlinkRX was the ONLY pharmacy to fill that particular script. The medication was subpar & I sense it was only offered cause the doctor was getting a kickback. A 1 month supply taken as directed by my doctor actually lasted about 1.5 months so when a month was up I didn't actually need a refill yet. I would get texts, emails & phone calls DAILY wanting me to refill. Month after month I would contact them & request that I let them know when I needed a refill & to not be contacted but rather I would contact them. I tried the online chat & calling. Either way, every month I would be told that they had taken care of it. But come the next month, I would still get texts, emails & calls about refilling. After 4 months, I was fed up. I blocked the calls & texts & set up the emails to go to my spam. When I actually needed a refill, I would login & request one. It would take a week before I was given the "new" price (it was exactly the same every time), then was able to pay. Another week later it would arrive. I had to plan ahead for refills to take about 2.5 weeks total to get filled & receive. The last time I requested a refill, I was told they would retrieve my current price as per usual. 3 weeks later still had not heard anything at all. A few days after was the expiration for my current prescription. I had several refills available (supposed to be 12 refills monthly but I only actually needed it about every 6-7 weeks). More than 3 weeks out from the date that refill expired they simply stopped responding & never filled at all. When I called I was placed on hold, waited for over 40 min & hung up. I will not be using this service to fill prescriptions ever again. On top of everything else, my deductible was met & I had NO costs for prescriptions through my local pharmacy but was still paying the same $49.95 for this every time. The reason they said they had to check on current pricing was to run it through my insurance. Avoid them!
