Having three meds packaged together was great. The ease of obtaining was also great.

The packaging was crazy hard to get into. Would be totally inappropriate for many.

Rude rude staff!
They basically tell you keep paying for medication your doctors have told you to cease taking!
They tell you your doctors can only cancel prescriptions, which isn’t TRUE!!
Then they double back and tell you to cancel on app but that’s also a LIE!!
You can not cancel, so they keep taking money out of bank.
Doctors office say that this isn’t true!
You can cancel and they are breaking the law!
Please don not use this untrustworthy company

BlinkRx received my prescription Oct 31, and every day I check their site or call and I'm told it's "being processed". They won't allow me to talk to a human that knows or will say anything beyond this. I'm in a holding pattern with my very painful eyes, waiting; if they don't have access to the drops then they should tell me so I can have my Dr. prescribe another product.

I received a text saying that I had been approved for a $0 copay and it took me to the app. I filled out the required fields and received information that I would receive my RX on auto ship. This whole experience was seamless.

Great customer service. Fast delivery and I even got a call from a Pharmacist to make sure all my meds would work together. Thanks!

This is the first eye drop that works for me. Not only do my eyes feel better but my vision has improved greatly. Very pleased with it now I need to see if I can afford to continue with it.

Bait and switch practices, sent out the prescription free then came time for a refill now $200 price. Laughable if your provider prescribes this ask for an alternative

I needed a refill of eyedrops. I had started treatment with my previous drops that had not expired but was concerned I would not receive the renewal in time to not have interruption in my 6-week course. The pharmacist spoke with me about instructions if that happened, but they were SO PROMPT in getting the prescription to me that I won't need any interruption! They were very helpful on the phone! I can't say enough GOOD about this company. THANK YOU! :)

I left a review on Google complaining that they did not take coupons for eye drops. the cost was $190 /month vrs zero copay using a coupon.

The left a message to email them. I did NO RESPONSE to email.

Blink took the lead on getting my medication filled for me, helped get a reasonable price, and got me my medication in a reasonable amount of time.

I was so taken back by this. My eye doctor sent over a presciption for xdemvy. I was told they would contact my insurance company for approval. In my opinion, this company sure knows how to beat the system. At first my insurance company denied the prescription. Then Blink RX states that have a 2 part...they said they were sorry their customer service didn't explain. They sent it back to my insurance to see if it was medically necessary. My insurance company then approved it. I was told on the phone by their customer service reps that if it were denied I would pay a $30.00 Co pay. However, it was approved, so BLINK RX now wants a $465.00 co pay from me. Can someone explain?? I am writing further about this. It makes NO sense at all. Needless to say, a presciption that I need, I will not be getting. But if it were NOT medically necessary, I could have it for $30.00!!!
