Sent out a script without me okaying it trying to get my money back. I no longer use the medicine the girl on the phone told me that I was unenrolled in July so why would they send me out another script? I had to pay for this and they’re not giving me my money back.

No cost trial
I was pleased to be able to try the eye drops without cost. Unfortunately they burned my eyes for an extended period of time and I can't use them.
I was also happy with the lack of shipping charge.

Haven’t delivered in months
Have a prescription for Meibo auto refill by BlinkRX. First couple came great. No issues. Now… I get auto refill notifications but no delivery… BECAUSE THEY HAVEN'T BEEN DELIVERED. It’s now almost March and I haven’t had a delivery since November. I contacted and they asked to confirm my address… like they don’t know it? I have received the first couple. They then said I need to talk to a specialist. Been 2 days and no call. I’m considering contacting legal counsel for negligence causing quality of life issue due to blurred vision, not being able to drive now because of this. I can’t even enjoy a Knicks game in my own living room!!!! SEND MY MEDS!!!!

I really like these drops
I really like these drops. They help my eyes get moisturized and don’t burn all day long from the drops. My insurance has given me a decline to get these. My eye Dr told them that the other 2 drops Restasis and Xidra burned my eyes very badly. Plugs fell out. I’m hoping that I can get these or some help. Eye Dr. wrote script. .

The medicine recommended for my dry eyes, Trypyr, has been ineffective for me. BlinkRx sells this medicine for an absurdly high price, but I suppose that isn't controlled by BlinkRx. Welcome to the American healthcare system.
