I had a prescription for milebo for dry eye
I had a prescription for milebo for dry eyes. My doctor gave me a sample to use until presription could be delivered. Ordered and was approved by medicare. Received package in mail a week later when was already out. Package was empty. Called right away and was told would put on 2 day delivery. On 3rd day did not receive and told was on was on review and had to get with pharmacy to see where it stands. Total incompetence....

Great communication
I like the fact that Blink reached out to ME rather than me having to search them out. Once my doc submitted the prescription request, it was only a short time before I was contacted and the process was explained. They automatically applied discounts/coupons as well.

I had a rough first week
I had a rough first week. Which is expected. However, the eye drops are not as effective as advertised for me. The first hour or 2 after drops were administered i had difficulty seeing or everything looked dim.

Poor customer service and mixed messaging cost me money
I tried multiple times to stop the auto ship feature and ended up with extra medication I did not need. I tried to get a refund and was denied, only to have a manager call me and tell me that a refund was being processed. A few days later another person called me to say that that refund was denied. I asked them to cancel my prescriptions because I did not want a repeat of what just happened. The person informed me that only the doctor could cancel the prescription. I contacted my doctor's office to request they stop the orders. My doctor's office told me that they tried to cancel it but were not allowed. Seems like the system is set up to create confusion and not for customer support or satisfaction. I will not use them again!

Service was easy and speedy. Prescription doesn't appear to be fresh
Service was easy and speedy.
My prescription itself is the issue. I received samples from my dermatologist with an expiration date of April 2027 but the huge tube I paid for for this prescription expires in June of this year. With only the 4 little patches needing this cream, I'll end up tossing this and having to get a refill. I would expect a fresher product. Thanks for listening...
