Thank You Blink for delivering my medicine. Order was delivered promptly and in good shape.

Blinkrx helped me get the Miebo eye drops at a more affordable price.

I don’t really understand what BlinkRX is or does. I was recently signed up through my eye doctor for a prescription for Miebo, and they immediately sent me a bottle with no payment. Then halfway through the month I got a text saying that my prior authorization was denied and it would cost me $75.

They don’t have my insurance information on file and the information on file doesn’t seem like it’s tied to me in any way.

I’m not really sure where any of that came from or what BlinkRX does. Nothing was ever really explained to me. I don’t really understand why I can’t just get Miebo at my local pharmacy.

It’s solves the problem of dry eyes it helps clear up your vision if you have dry eyes

After the prescription was turned in they reached out within two hours. It was easy to fill out info. Medicine was delivered to my house within 3 days of my first Contract with Blinkrx. I would definitely recommend them.

Had issues with eye drop container not dispensing consistently. Spent days exchanging emails. Could not be connected with pharmacist.

Next step to contact consumer protection.

My meds were delivered on time as promised.

I received a text notification from BlinkRx that I had a new prescription.
When I tried to go through the flow at BlinkRx form my text message and was asked to enter an email to create an account, I got: "BlinkRx Account Found
Your patient record is already tied to a BlinkRx Account. Please try Signing In here."

So I tried to log into BlinkRx, I got, "Not a BlinkRx Account – It appears you're trying to login with a Blink Health account, please visit blinkhealth."

Each site insists my account lives on the other one. There's no way to break the loop through the UI — I can't access the prescription I was just notified about.

Drops arrived with no problem, so far so good lets see if they are good with my dry syndrome

Despite ordering and prepaying out of pocket for my miebo on 2/28, they have still not SENT my product to me as of one week later… 3/6. I talked to customer service twice. The first rep was just rude and unhelpful. The second rep said it was due to be sent 3/9…. This means I have been without my refill for 10 days and counting…

I cancelled my order on 3/5/2026 at 9:00 am.Support chat confirmed that my order was cancelled and I would not be charged. At 10:15 am I was charged for a refill that I cancelled because there support chat didn't recognize that the order was cancelled. I was told for a second time that the order was cancelled and a refund would be processed in 3-5 business days. It is now the 5th business day and the order is still showing pending and the refund has not been processed. Support has escalated for the 3rd time and I am now being told someone will contact me in 24 hours. Why should I have to reach out multiple times for a refund when i never should have been charged in the first place.

The service & communications were great. Using the product was fine too. I'm just not sure it's having the desired effect. Yes, it does produce more tears, that drain away through my nose. So I have dry eyes & a more runny nose. I already use a nasal spray for a runny nose so now I'm having to use it more often. As long as I drink copious amounts of water my eyes are fine but I was hoping not to have to drink so much water. I'm having to use the bathroom 3 times a night.
