My online pharmacy takes their payments with Blink, so I’ve been paying for my NHS prescription from them using Blink for the last 6 months or so. When my pharmacy gets to my prescription, they send me an email with a link to payment which takes me to a Blink page to fill out my payment details. Very easy to pay, takes barely any time at all, and I’ve never had a problem with any transactions.

I called her with my query it took her 1 minute to identify where i went wrong the issue was resolved. Its the second time she has answered my query fast and efficient easy to understand

Leanne Mitchell was extremely helpful in solving the issue! I could not take any card payments due to an issue with updating our Amex account. Leanne politely talked me through everything and solved the issue which would have been a terrible day it wasn't fixed. Very efficient, calm and polite. Thank you!

The level of service just gets worse.

The system currently isn't showing the transactions for the last 14 days. They keep blaming Elavon. I find it incredible that a company dealing with financial data feels this is acceptable. I am now moving to another provider.

This was my review back in May and it hasn't got better.

Have been very disappointed by this company. I have used them for a few months now. They don't have the basics in place like a transaction reconciliation process or even an export process even though this was promised to me on signup and what they do have is often days out of date. Makes accounting very hard. They also managed to mix sandbox transactions in with production transactions which was a surprise.

We have only been using the system for a couple of weeks but so far so good. I spoke to Donny who is the Business Development Manager initially, he give me a full demo of how the system works, left me with figures to mull over and there was no pestering to see if we were going to switch. He was so good when I was firing questions at him - Very professional It's lovely to have someone on the other end of the phone. We were passed over to Kieran who dealt with the set up etc, the set up on the system went smoothly and everything has been working just how it was demo'd. I'm so pleased we have switch to Fidelity and hopefully we will continue to be happy...

Absolutely terrible customer service they never ever call you back or email, I cannot believe the good reviews on here as we have been dealing with Fidelity for a few years and on every occasion you need to get support you need to call and email repeatedly.
Latest problem when charged for card machines we do not have, despite admitting this is correct they never sort it have been chasing them since December.
Prices good but probably not worth the effort if you need help.

we had previously used a payment processor that kept on causing issues and we had to keep on calling them to chase them to resolve there issues with an average wait time of 45min so when we moved to Fidelitey we were pleasantly surprised that they beat any rate we previously had we have had no issues and they answer the phone straight away with excellent customer services we cannot recommend them enough !!!

Moved to Blink recently from our previous aquiring bank. Blink and in particular our BDM (Donny Wise) could not have been more helpful in getting us set up and trading on their platform. Donny was very helpful in showing me around the Blink patform and how it would be of benefit to us and our clients. Couldn't be happier to be using Blink & our BDM Donny!! Keep up the good work.

We put in a last minute change request to the Blink development team and I could not be happier with the service they provided. Raphi was extremely helpful and gave me updates on the progress of the request throughout its development stages.
