We moved from a well known PDQ provider to Fidelity 18 months ago and we are really pleased with the service and have saved a lot of fees in the process too. We use the Blink360 facility which our clients love, Alexandra Robson always replies to my questions straight away - not that we have many now as the system works really well. Thank you Alexandra.

I mainly deal with Isaque at Fidelity Payments and I have nothing but good things to say about these guys. Fantastic company, always willing and able to help and great customer service. Would recommend to anyone 100%.

Unfortunately you can't give zero stars.

I'm writing this as a web developer trying to implement their systems for a client - basically don't bother.

The examples for code in their own documents don't work - if you contact support they ignore you. I've been waiting three weeks for a reply to a support request now and all further emails i've sent have been completely ignored.

They quite clearly do not give a stuff about their customers. Appalling.

Been a customer for a few years now and cannot fault the customer service.
In particular Alexandra Robson who was very quick and efficient in getting new features added to my account in order to take payments in difference currencies.

Alexandra Robson has recently taken on our accounts and i can't express how wonderful its been dealing with you, we've had many different queries and she is so quick and efficient at resolving our issues - thank you Alexandra, I'm sure we will be in touch again soon

Lauren in Client Support was helpful in resolving a technical issue we were having. As a new customer, we appreciated her support.

Having a dedicated account manger jack he's been fantastic

We had issues with PDQs for a while called help desk and explained to Lauren, she went out of her way to help and rectify the issue, she promised me that she is taking the ownership and she did! fantastic service - she is a real credit to the company.

Short wait or straight answering when you call.
Not that you need to call them as all their machines work perfectly.
