Brilliant service all round Esti was awesome, resolving any issues that presented themselves. Overall Easy Access Self Storage has been using this service for a number years now and we cannot fault the teams and support they provide.

With the very few issues I have encountered, I must praise their customer service team in dealing with the problems. The 3 people I have had correspondences with (Tom, Jess and Alex) have been very professional and have resolved any query within the same day. Also the online chat is very efficient.
We still have display issues with new repeat payment set ups, but they often email and notify me that they are still investigating and update me as and when they can.
Overall, I think they are brilliant and are overcoming any growing pains they incur.
