Great communication, great price and professionally handled delivery. Went out of their way to get item to me in time despite long distance. 10/10

Thank you Anthony. Excellent delivery of a large chest of drawers and mirror to Swansea. Over the past few months we’ve had so many nightmares with Proovia etc and so it was a relief to have a good delivery experience. Only wish I’d had some cash in the house for a tip, sorry!

Anthony delivered excellent customer service right from the start; from a thorough first contact to regular updates on delivery timescales and again on delivery day.
He was collecting and delivering an antique mirror all the way from South Wales to Berkshire, which arrived in perfect condition. Professionally friendly, trustworthy and very reliable, I can’t recommend him highly enough!
Thanks Anthony! I’ll be in touch about the wardrobes shortly!

Excellent communication. Flexible re-booking. Great service.

Excellent service. Anthony kept my updated throughout the day for delivery. He was on time, exceptionally helpful with carrying in delivery. Very polite and friendly. Couldn’t have asked for anything better ☺️

After asking more than once about an afternoon delivery time it wasn’t until after we had paid the courier fee and the day the item was meant to be collected and delivered did he say he wouldn’t make it till the evening. As no one would be there to receive the delivery and had to cancel he promised a full refund but since then he has been ignoring my calls and a refund has NOT been made.

AWFUL customer service I would not recommend using this company

Thanks for your reply but that is simply not true at 10.43am you were still on an hours drive to pick up a van to make the collection that was nearly 3 hours away and then once loaded would then be another 3 hours away to deliver. As you said you wouldn’t be there till 6pm I said that the delivery was too late as I had been repeatedly asking for the items to be delivered in the afternoon when there would be someone at the house. The lady you would have be been delivering to is 7 months pregnant and there would be absolutely no way she could have helped lift the delivery.
When I asked for a refund as you had missed the delivery time, over the phone you said a refund would be made to us. But we are still waiting. You mentioned nothing about your cancellation policy on the phone call just promised it would be made. Perhaps you could have discussed this with me on one of the many times I have tried to contact you instead of ignoring me for over 2 weeks.

Brilliant service. Item packaged well and delivered carefully by Anthony who kept me updated with delivery time. Thank you.

All good - efficient and friendly and kept in touch about delivery time.

Excellent 👍

After being let down my a few companies , black book stepped in with the better quote than the rest and more than met my needs . Can’t recommend them enough and I’ll sure to be using them in the future.

Excellent communication. Friendly reliable and helpful when delivering the item. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic delivery service! Great communication re delivery date and then updates on the delivery day itself with updates on eta. Very lovely guy doing the delivery. All this makes for a very happy customer 👍🏻

A consistently good service over a number of deliveries: reliable, good communication, a pleasure to work with.

Anthony did a long distance collection and delivery for me at a few hours notice. He kept me fully informed of his estimated arrival time, and couldn't have been more helpful or efficient. A brilliant experience!

Anthony was fantastic - drove miles, late in the day and worked around my schedule 👍

Alfonso was an absolute superstar. Lovely guy, brilliant service, great price - really couldn't be happier. Highly recommended and I will be using black book again.
Brilliant.
