Sales were very professional and helpful. After purchase, I noticed an issue within 24'hrs, and to be honest I cannot fault the after sales team. Three months down the line and 4 trips to the after sales garage, a new steering wheel and clock spring, and there is still a problem relating to the steering wheel, and I am again going to be without a vehicle and having to rearrange another week as a result. Also no resolution to the mould that is building up in the car. Not what I
expected from a company that boasts top quality vehicles.

Absolutely great experience. Ended up purchasing a great car. Good price and well presented. I purchased the vehicle this week and the dealership person I dealt with was Alex. A very smart, well spoken, and seemingly knowledgeable young man. His knowledge was spot on, his style of engagement was not forceful, he took me out on a test drive. The car was put through its paces on differing MPH roads so I could listen to the engine and feel the car’s handling.
I would highly recommend this dealership. The facility to reserve the car online for £99 was also very helpful because I could not travel immediately to view it.

An exceptionally outstanding service in both sales and after sales.
The car is in fantastic condition and was significantly cheaper than other cars l had seen in other garages.
The staff were incredibly profession, knowledgable, considerate and very flexible. Also very dog friendly.

Not a great experience if im honoust, most of the vehicles are high mileage and over priced and seemed to have a fault or two, every car I looked at had an electrical fault of some kind or lots of scratches etc, the owner isnt that friendly either, wouldnt recommend it

For a small young business this is professionally run . Buying an electric car is a minefield with most retailers either blurring out or not revealing the most important feature, the state of the battery. My ID3 clearly showed the battery testing certificate at 94%. Morgan is a young guy but punches higher than his years with no pressure and total professional handling throughout. Thanks for making a potentialy stressful experience one to enjoy.

I bought my Dacia Logan 2015 model last March 2025 from this great company.
Had it in to its 14th month and it flew through the MOT in February and I’ve never had a problem!
Both sales and after service is 5 star and when I eventually change it , but not just yet , I will be using Birchwood again

An outstanding company! I had a great sales experience with Connor when I bought my car. Efficient, friendly and helpful. What then really put this company head and shoulders above the rest was the after sales care. I had a serious mechanical issue with the car three weeks in. I thought to myself, ‘oh no, this is going to be so stressful’. It wasn’t! Chloe and the team were amazing. The car was taken back and repaired no quibbles and to a very very high standard. I had a lovely courtesy car as well. Chloe kept me updated and made every aspect of what was going on smooth sailing. Birchwood are a class act for service, staff and price.

Very good car, VW Touareg 2017! Had a post purchase inspection and the car was in great condition. My inspection found a couple of little bits that needed doing and Connor and Morgan approved and paid for them to be done no quibbles:) honestly it’s always risk buying a new car but these guys couldn’t have been more upfront and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and I could not be happier with the quality of the car and the service provided 👍🏼

Spoke to Alex on the phone regarding the car. Very polite, very professional. We drove down to the showroom. Met Alex, had a chat, he answered every question we had in detail. We took the car for a drive decided we wanted to buy it. Sat in his office and sorted out payment, car tax and short term insurance cover.
