Reliable product and company
I've been using Biossance products for 4-ish years. I started with just the eye cream, but I've slowly replaced my other products (daily moisturizer, toner, face oil, lip gloss) with their own products. I have sensitive skin and all but one (the face mask) has worked well for me. Their shipping has always been on time and they honor their promo codes. A+ as far as I'm concerned.

everything was great. however, during my first order i did not add free gifts. the cancelation was easy. i love omega repair cream and ordered something new to try. hopefully it works too as good as omega repair cream!

Great prices! Great sale! I saw a great difference using your products a few years ago. But please bring back your Squalane + Phyto-Retinol from 2020! Please! It was the only retinol for me!

The Good and the Bad
I like the Biossance product line but I feel that the prices have jumped quiet a bit after the aquisition. I also noticed that the VIP perks and purchase bonuses have been greatly reduced. To top it off I see many random "influencers" receiving tons of free products while your loyal customer base experience gets downgraded. The website shopping experience was fine, no issues placing my order.

Didn't receive new customer discount
Customer service horrible. Live chat did not help me. Never received $20 discount for signing up as new customer as website stated i would. Sent an email. I hope i get this to apply to next order. So far horrible experience!!

More Bundle Options Please
Love your products. Navigating to what I need and self check out is fast and easy. Wish it would clearly tell me if I can redeem points and use them or not during sales. Don't want to redeem and not be able to use them. Also wish I could make my own custom bundle for 35% off. You guys got me excited before when you recently did have a similar promotion but I was unable to select 3 products I actually use so it was pointless. It is promoted online to receive 3 gifts for purchase of $85 or more and I’ve just spend almost $300 on my order and never was given an option to choose any three gift. I even cleared my history and nothing. This has never happened before as I’ve been able to use a coupon before. Really disappointed.
