I placed an order and my order…
I placed an order and my order confirmation is missing items. When I was placing order , it said I was eligible for 3 free mini trial items. It only added one and charged me for it. When i attempted to chat with customer service they were no help.

I changed to Biossance during the lock…
I changed to Biossance during the lock down. I was a tried and true Natura Bisse customer. I was unable to shop in a store so I looked into something comparable online. I was very pleasantly surprised to find something so wonderful for a lot less! I have not looked back. Enjoy!

I thought there was free shipping
It was advertised that I would receive free shipping as a new customer, however I was charged $14 for shipping at checkout. My cart was also over $130 which I figured would be qualified for free shipping.
