I have two wriggle mats that I use over my leather chairs in the kitchen - they make them so warm and comfortable. I was also given a pair of slippers this Christmas and I can honestly say that the quality of all is superb and a delightful range of tranquil colours. They are well worth the little extra for something special.

Amazing design and quality! My little baba loves his sheepskin buggy liner and got another one that we used to lie him on the floor before he was on the move! Also have the puff muff and gloves which have been amazing for keeping us both warm and allowed us to get plenty of fresh air in the winter :) All of the deliveries have been on time. I would recommend this brand 100% love love love it xxx

I’ve just made my second purchase from Binibamba. The products are of exceptional quality and look so stylish and luxe but the customer service from this company is absolutely incredible. Quick response times, helpful and they truly value you as a customer. Good customer service is hard to find these days but this team have really got it right. Can’t praise them enough!

We recently purchased the family sheepskin slippers as an additional Xmas pressie for son, daughter in law and granddaughter. My own fault but our order was a week after the last date for personalising them so I was a little dubious if they would arrive in time for Xmas. I then received an email explaining that they were unable to personalise the smaller pair with the granddaughters full name but could do initials or a refund. I chose the refund . I received all three pairs with the adults personalised and beautifully packaged with three days to spare before Xmas. Fantastic purchase and first class company to deal with. Also a shoutout for Jayne whose customer service skills are second to none and kept us up to date via email.
Will certainly order again and 100% recommend Binibamba based on our experience.

Writing a review to try and get a proper response from them as emails are ignored and getting unsatisfactory replies on Instagram.

On 17th Nov I ordered £300 worth of their products as a gift to be shipped to Switzerland. The order has not arrived as of today, 11th Dec.

On Instagram they told me delivery was attempted and to arrange a redelivery via Royal Mail, however since the order was shipped to Switzerland i can’t ask my friend to pop to their Royal Mail post office. I tried tracking on the link they gave but you need the delivery card from the post man which my friend didn’t get.

I’m pretty sure the order is lost and finding it very frustrating with their inadequate replies.

My product has fleas! My baby has been on it all day, I am disgusted.

I was bought this pram liner as a gift - the company told my mum it would fit my pram but it was just so small it looked bad and the straps wouldn't go through. I have seen they only photograph it in a small travel pram so put it in a large pram and you can see how little it really is. I spent forever trying to get a refund or exchange but no one bothered to reply to me and theres no phone number. I finally gave in and gifted it to a friend to fit her much smaller pram. She has now stopped using it, its worn really thin and the black colour on the black and white spots is coming off all over her baby, this isn't safe at all, I cannot believe that this is in Harrods and Liberty absolutely awful company, please avoid

Made an order 1 mounth ago, and never got the delivery! Terrible customer service.

Purchased a very expensive but lovely all in one for my new to be granddaughter. First one came without a fastener and when I contacted was told to send back at my expense and then I could claim it back (bizarre return policy) which I did but didn’t have the time or inclination to send in my receipt. The second item arrived but had all dirty sticky marks all over it. Again I messaged and was asked to send “evidence”. By this time I’m losing the will to live!! Sent photos and still not happy they wanted more. Not to mention under my consumer rights I could have simply returned for any reason within 14 days as bought online.

I’ve said that I would not be returning the second faulty item and they need to arrange a courier to collect. To which my emails are now being ignored.

This company sells into the likes of selfridges and John Lewis and I’ll be writing to them also complaining.

They don’t deserve to be trading with such bad customer service. It’s totally not acceptable as also demonstrated by other reviews.

Seems like the other two reviews, when binibamba goes wrong it’s a horrible experience. Received my sheep skin from an online order and only realised how poor quality it was when in comparison to others I saw in a store ( the selfridges binibamba rep completely agreed that I had a substandard quality item). Raised this with customer support who said they could do nothing, got as high as the CEO, Emma, who did not think this was a problem and did not offer an exchange or a refund, but a discount for a new one. As literally the most expensive sheep skins on the market I really thought they would do better. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.

Terrible company - please avoid, product was very poor quality for the money. Customer service is non existent, could not get a refund on a £100 item now claiming through my credit card

I received only part of my order. I have tried to contact the company using email Facebook and Instagram to chase the outstanding item. No one replies and there is no telephone number to call. Appalling customer service . Do not order from this company
