I love everything about Binibamba! The design and the quality! And the service is great. Hannah from customer service replies fast and is super helpfull.

Previously purchased the gloves which are amazing! I just purchased the snuggler and then realised I had accidentally selected the wrong style for our prams looped harness. The customer service was excellent and managed to update my order right away and swap to the correct snuggler style.

This is my second product and it’s incredible.

However that’s not the reason for my review. The customer service is top tier, Hannah my hero, my angel, saved me and updated the address on cow puff muff I’ve been waiting to come back in stock for eons! Thank you Hannah ❤️

Fantastic customer service. I ordered the wrong size snuggle suit and emailed asking for the order to be changed.
I was really impressed by how quickly the team responded — they got back to me the same evening and had everything sorted out by the next day. No hassle, no back-and-forth. Just a prompt, friendly resolution. Will definitely be ordering again!

Customer services are often an automated affair these days, but the Binibamba team (Hannah) fished my Hail Mary out of the automatic replies and helped solve my issue. I bought a Binisuit while I was pregnant and, not knowing much about sizing or what to really expect, got the completely wrong size. Hannah held the correct size for me while I returned the one I bought months prior. Cannot wait for my little one to wear his Binisuit come next winter!

The snuggler was one of the loveliest and most useful gifts we received for our little boy. We have used it every day on his pram, in the bassinet and then when he moved up to the stroller. It has been useful on his travel pram especially, as that didn't come with much padding. I recently ordered another one and had an issue with a discount code. The customer service team were fantastic, very helpful and quick to reply.

I had such a great experience with BINIBAMBA. The quality of the product is absolutely beautiful – you can really tell that a lot of care goes into the materials and design.

What stood out the most to me, though, was the customer service. I had a bit of a situation with sizing and the return window, and the team was incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating throughout the whole process. They went out of their way to help me, which is honestly quite rare these days.

Even though things didn’t go perfectly on my end, they handled everything with understanding and professionalism. It made me feel really valued as a customer.

I would definitely order from them again and can wholeheartedly recommend them.

What great customer service I received from Hannah at binibamba. Bought the bundle set for my daughter at Christmas and the mittens stitching had come undone I emailed them with some pictures and I sent the mittens back to them and didn’t even have to pay the postage and I received the new mittens within 3 days! I have never received such amazing service and I will be definitely shopping here again as the quality and style is just top quality

I love Binibamba - it’s one of my favourite brands. The sheepskin liners, gloves, snugglesuits and baby clothes are so gorgeous and chic too! Their customer service is fantastic as well - always so helpful and accommodating.

Really great product, such high quality - I ordered the wriggle mat and it’s so luxurious and gorgeous. Had a small issue that the free tote didn’t arrive with it and Hannah in customer service sorted it out so quickly and sent it so that I had it within days. Great experience shopping with Binibamba!!

Hannah was wonderfully patient with me resolving a bundle order mistake and amending it... I sent a series of frantic emails changing / swapping items in a postpartum frenzy! The customer service is faultless.

The quality of the personalised item (merino wool vest) was unfortunately quite poor especially considering the price. Threads sticking out of the personalisation and wool pieces loose and some patches even falling off. There was certainly no quality control / management of the item. I love the brand on social media and their mission overall, but I am not sure I will purchase again as it seems like they don’t have proper quality control. The Charlie Crane rocker was amazing but I understand this is a collab and the product is not made by Binibamba.

I have ordered a number of products from Binibamba and they are beautiful. I have also been in contact with customer service before and they are so helpful. It really does feel like you’re working with a small business that really cares about their customers.
