Searching for a gift for my niece's new baby I tried the binibamba website but it was early in the morning. I forgot to put in her address and left mine as the delivery address. On emailing the company I was delighted to receive a reply within minutes, letting me know that they had changed the delivery address as I had requested. So sharp, on-the-ball and such gorgeous items to choose from.

I purchased the buggy bundle in toast during the recent Black Friday period. Whilst I loved the puffmuff and snuggler, one of my buggy mittens arrived rather deflated.

Initially I brushed this off as I understand all products are handmade, but 25 days in I was really disappointed with the state on this particular mitten. As the sheepskin was not as plush as the other mitten, it very quickly lost its shape, creased with wear and the stitching even started coming apart. On a windy day air would even blow into the mitten, leaving my hand cold.

In writing to customer services they offered me 20% off my next purchase. However after explaining that the item I had already purchased was not fit for purpose, they agreed to send me a replacement mitten once the busy Christmas period was over. I received this replacement just in time for the cold weather in January. I couldn’t be happier with my purchases and replacement mitten.

Loving the sheepskin, this is the second one I order. It looks so premium we use it everyday of the year, the babies are so comfy in it.

I only wish I bought it sooner. Immediately impressed with the superior soft quality. I love it!

Love our new pram mittens, attaching these to the pram means one less thing to remember when leaving the house (and less chance of losing one!). Binibamba's products are great quality and I hope to see them expanding their product offering in the future.

Purchased a toast snuggler and made a mistake on the type of harness for my Nuna pram. However, this was resolved very quickly by customer service via Instagram. They helped exchange it for me and I’m truly grateful! Can’t wait to start using it and hoping to get a footmuff soon!
