I am absolutely thrilled with my recent purchase from Binibamba! I purchased the moon puffmuff alongside the cloud booties and the cloud snuggle suit.
The quality is immediately obvious—the sheepskin is unbelievably luxurious, thick, dense, and soft to the touch.
After a brief concern about shipping, the parcel arrived today as a complete and wonderful surprise. Fantastic, premium product that is absolutely worth the investment! Highly recommend.

The incredible Hannah, from Customer Service not only rectified MY error regarding a pre-order item but she went out of her way to ensure my order arrived in time before my travels. This is what sets businesses apart. Quickly handled and quickly resolved. I cannot rate the service or products more favourably. A very happy customer.

These Binibama items have such a luxurious feel! I treat my baby (and myself!) to something new every so often! We have the snuggler, puff muff, and buggy gloves! Brilliant for Irish weathee and I know I'll pull them out year after year!

Amazing customer service 🥰 and fast shipping

I accidentally ordered the wrong colour as part of a bundle. Customer support were beyond helpful to exchange the colour for me and make sure I still got it for the bundle price. The quality of the products is the absolute best, my daughter loves being all cosy in her puffmuff.

My delivery was scheduled with Royal Mail, they were appalling but the Bini customer service team, in particular Hannah, were exceptional in getting the parcel to us.

The puff muff and mitts were well worth the wait. They have exceeded our expectations. The quality of the product is outstanding it looks and feels sensational. I highly recommend this product.

Don’t use them if shipping abroad. Over a month has passed since I placed an order to Netherlands and the item has not turned up and they refuse to refund me.

Appalling customer service.

Ordered a snugglesuit and realised after I had ordered that the colour I had ordered was on pre-order and going to be shipped after my babe would have arrived. I gave it a punt and emailed asking about the possibility of changing for a colour-way they’d be able to ship quicker and had a response from Hannah in Customer Service in just over an hour saying the order had been amended and would be shipped later today. Truly cannot fault it! It was my muck up and they rectified it so quickly and with no fuss at all. Also can’t speak highly enough of their products. I already have the sheepskin liner that I used with my first and it’s still in amazing condition to be used for my second. Cannot wait to receive the suit. 10/10!

The best customer service I’ve had from a baby brand! One of the snugglers I had ordered had a slight mark on the back. I reached out and Hannah got back to me incredibly quickly, even on a Sunday. She ensured my return was processed quickly, and a replacement was sent. The quality is amazing, and Hannah even included free gifts for my little ones. I’ll be purchasing more!

My package didn’t arrive as scheduled, and it was Binibamba that sent an email wondering if I’d received it. When I confirmed I had not, Hannah at customer service provided tracking info and suggestions on how to proceed. The glitch was the USPS office just 80 miles away, where it was lost- not BINI’s fault. However, Binibamba sent a replacement via DHL which arrived an amazing 3 days later! Binibamba provides wonderful 5 star customer service, in addition to their high quality adorable products.

Amazing brand with great customer service - Hannah was really helpful. I ordered an item but it was out of stock and the contacted me immediately to explain and offered me a different colour and a free gift.

There seemed to be an issue with the website for me when I tried to order a product. I emailed them and they go back to me straight away. They went above and beyond to make sure I got my product and made thr experience so much easier for me. Will definitely order from them again.
