I am still in the process of getting everything credentialed. I will update my review once it's all completed. So far, things have gone smoothly. As long as I schedule a zoom call, I can speak with my rep, Rahul. He is knowledgeable and is following up with making sure things move smoothly. So far I am happy with this collaboration

I had the pleasure of working with Rahul as I navigated the complex process of getting on insurance panels. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout. Rahul not only clarified the steps involved but also helped me develop a clear, actionable plan tailored to my needs. His guidance made what initially felt overwhelming much more manageable. I truly appreciate his support and would highly recommend him to anyone seeking assistance in this area.

This is the worst company to select for crediting! Please do not use this company, it is absolutely horrible. I started my application to be a medicare provider in March of 2024, and my application is still processing as of this date, May 2025. They will say anything to get your money! They are very unresponsive and do not do follow-ups regarding your application. Rahul Debnath was my agent assigned to work on my application, but I have yet to hear from him since assigned to my application. I also had an account manager by the name of Rajat Sharma, to this day, I have not heard from him, and he has yet to do any updates on my account. I have sent emails and made several phone calls regarding my application with questions and concerns, but have yet to hear back from them. I have also sent several emails to the email addresses listed on the site to get in contact with someone from the company, but they have been unresponsive as well. This has been a horrible experience as a first-time business owner. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

My experiance with Bikham Health was less than desirable BUT once Prabhat began assiting Your Journey the process was much better. I bagan this journey with Bikham Health in August of 2024 and just concluded on May 14, 2025 MUCH to long to complete 3 panels. Again Prabhat came through and salavaged my possibally working with Bikham Health in the future. i will only entertain working with Bikham Health is Prabhat is my advisor.

If i could give no stars I would. Terrible customer service! they are quick to take your money, no updates, no progress, no result, dont waste your money

I entered business with Bikham Healthcare on 9/17/2025 without results from my credentialing applications. As of today there have been no results and a complaint has been placed with the BBB.

I have paid BIKHAM for assisting me with my credentialing process with No success! They have told me my account is old. But took my money and never followed up on credentialing. The staff is NOT helpful, Always cancels my appointments. When I do get to speak with Mr. Uday he promises my account will be taken care of and nothing is ever done. SAVE YOUR MONEY! You can apply for credentialing yourself. It's time consuming. But it's FREE. Read all the REAL reviews on BIKHAM Healthcare. Visit Better Business Bureau. This business is NOT BBB Accredited.

This place is a complete fraud they lie and say they fill out applications and they say you can review them on creditly but they don’t fill out nothing I have went behind them and contacted the insurance companies that they said they contacted and they have never got an EIN nor NPI number from my company I gave them over 3000 dollars and I never had 1 application completed and now I’m doing my own applications and I’m getting reference numbers to my email of completed applications only because I’m filling out applications myself whoever they send your way don’t believe them…BBB gave them an F and I agree with them

I am glad that my complaining and follow up is working right Now and hopefully some improvements will be seen soon.

Amesh Mandal and Bikham Healthcare were wonderful and helpful for the process of getting certified as a Medicare provider. Would recommend their services.

What an absolute waste of time and money. My organization acquired Bickham's services for commercial insurance provider network credentialing services. We had already acquired Medicare certification and enrollment. We attempted to utilize Bickham for commercial insurance carriers. The incompetent work, the inaccurate information, the failure to follow up, are just a few of the reasons why no one should trust this company. The Credily tool is nice however it is useless when inaccurate/generic information is continually posted. We took over the credentialing process from Bickham after about 60 days of no movement or useful information. The first insurance carrier we reached out to about the status of enrollment application stated that our enrollment was approved and a contract was sent out to Bickham on 3/17/2025. On Credily, the information provided by Bickham stated that the application "required resubmission following the latest status update on 4/18/2025". The insurance provider forwarded the email they sent a month earlier to Bickham with the contract attached. Needless to say, once we relieved Bickham from their role in credentialing, we obtained 5 more contracts in a matter of weeks. Several of the insurance carriers that Bickham supposedly submitted applications to denied having any such application or record of our organization applying. So after 3 wasted months and $3500 lost, I can confidently recommend that you DO NOT USE BICKHAM HEALTHCARE!!! Our assigned account reps were useless in providing accurate information, solutions to identified problems, or any valuable assistance in achieving commercial insurance credentialing. Please, please find an alternative solution for your credentialing needs. Only thing worse than wasted money is wasted time, Bickham excels at both.

Have been doing this process since Oct 2024, as of today 04/15/2025. Have not been completed yet. Amlesh and Michael have made numerous promises to get me completed. Still failed, refuse to refund my money. Had the nerves to tell me to call the carriers and ask them yourself if they have your information. Like i advise them that’s why i hired you. At this point I would have done a better job do the process myself. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
Since April 17,2025 Rahal contacted me to take down the review with advice that if I take the refund for what invested. I have told him my integrity is more important than what I paid. I want others to know the are scam artists and I repeat do not use them. All of the companies they allegedly applied to for me. I did call them to inquire and not 1 of them have application or contract on file for my company. I hate I have so much of my business information. I am glad I pay for fraud protection. They all are liars. Once again do not use them.

Bikham has been incredibly helpful throughout the Medicaid credentialing process. I had all the necessary documentation prepared but simply didn’t have the time to navigate the process on my own. Amlesh has been excellent with communication every step of the way. While we’re not fully credentialed yet, we’re making steady progress thanks to the support of Amlesh and his team. I also really appreciate how user-friendly the Credily portal is—being able to check the status of my application anytime is a huge plus.
