Credex Healthcare Review 2026
We ordered with Credex Healthcare June 18th -- it is now August 3rd with 0 update. I am unaware if any service has been delivered in this time. We were promised biweekly updates/check-ins. My emails have yielded no response. My phone call at week 4 was met with attitude that they were "still processing our request" and that we should not expect an update for another week. Three more weeks have passed now with no update. My business has suffered due to this communication delay on what was supposed to be a very straightforward task (our credentialing applications were already submitted, we only needed Credex to follow up for us with 2 payors...) I should not have trusted all the positive reviews, I am appalled.
8/19 Edit: Immediately upon posting this review, Credex reached out to amend my case & is now communicating on the delivery on the service paid for.
This new communication is paired with texts, calls, and emails, multiple times a week, pressuring me to take down my honest review.
