I wanted to share my experience with Bikham Healthcare's credentialing services. While we have not yet received any approvals from our selected insurance providers, I appreciate Rachita taking the time to return my call and address my concerns.

She was very helpful and reassured me that their team will continue working on our credentialing applications. With enrollment opening next month, she also confirmed that they will resubmit our applications to the selected insurance providers.

Although the process has taken longer than we anticipated, I appreciate the communication and their willingness to continue assisting us. We're hopeful that the upcoming enrollment period will bring positive results.

I look forward to updating this review as we make progress and begin receiving approvals.

It was a complicated and bit lengthy process but Bikham was able to secure my medicare credentialing.

I have been in with Bikham for the past 7 months for credentialing, I have worked with Ansh and he’s very supportive and always answers any questions that I have Ansh has excellent customer service and has never gone more than a few hours without answering any of my emails no matter how many I send. THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH. They have been trying to get me credentialed for 3 months and they keep getting denied because they keep making mistakes. They won't give me my money back. Do not go to them!! They are horrible
