Even 3 years after getting credentialed, Rachita Bamba is helping me with issues that came up recently. Other staff has also been very communicative via email when I have general questions, not requiring extra payment. Love the dedication.

This company is a scam. Stay away.

My Name is Daniela Ileana, MSW, LCSW. I was assigned to work with Ansh Singh for my Medicare Applications at Bikham Healtcare. I found Mr. Singh to be very knowledgeable, thorough, detail oriented . He had great communication skills and always had the answer to my questions. He was very patient with me as I had so many questions and I kept calling him and he always answered my phone calls. The whole process took about 3 weeks which i found amazing!
That response time was a lot faster then anticipated. Initially I was told 30-90 average length of time for approval. I believe her asked for everything he needed for the application right the way and worked diligently at getting it done.
I would highly recommend Ansh Singh at Birkam Health care or the firm in general if you want to get credentialed properly and promptly

If Negative 0 was an option that would be my choice. After 6 submissions my Medicare application has been approved. Now I’m waiting on my Medicaid application to be processed. Rachita has no clue as to what she is doing. She’s already made a mistake with the initial submission of my Medicaid application. Every time I call her for an update she never has one and she doesn’t call you back with one even though she promises to. Vikas is no better. How are you even a supervisor and you don’t know what’s happening nor do you hold your staff accountable for their actions. This entire company is fraudulent. Be aware of the false positive reviews because they are indeed fake. No one in this company seems to have a clue as to what they are doing.

Didn’t meet my needs, but Roy was helpful and was able to mail me a complete refund.

I feel scammed. I paid them $2700 to get credentailed with 15 companies. After a year only 3 were complete. When I complained they escalated my account and nothing happened.

Ansh is my account representative and he immediately was able to handle all of my needs and give me in-depth answers on each insurance plan. I have been with this company for 3 years. In that time, I had gotten on zero insurances. In one week Ansh got me on 2 insurances and the paper work for 3 more. I can't say enough how important he has been to the success of my business. Highly recommend.

I was hired by Bikham Healthcare in December month and got instant terminated in January citing “AI automation” and “budget crunch” as the reason without any prior update or notices. The separation process was extremely unprofessional.
Despite working during my tenure, my pending salary has not been paid. I have reached out multiple times via email and other communication channels, but there has been no proper response from the company’s side.
Sudden termination without proper notice and withholding salary reflects poorly on management and internal processes. Transparency and employee respect are very important in any organization, and unfortunately, my experience did not reflect that. I will never recommend anybody to join Bikham Healthcare because of their unprofessional management. I received FNF email which they are not paying in full and I don't agree with their FNF. I would advise future candidates to clarify employment terms, payment timelines, and exit policies in writing before joining.
