Very helpful and patient. I was a little disappointed with service but now she has met my expectations.

The transparency of their process is unmatched. We could log in anytime, see where each provider stood, and pull real-time reports for leadership. That visibility has been a game changer in keeping our executives confident and informed.

Bikham stated they could help me submit my applications and get credentialed with two insurance companies in about 45 days. From the beginning I have had to continuously email them to make sure they were following through with getting my applications submitted. They submitted a wrong NPI2 number and a wrong phone number on one of my applications. I had to make them aware of the mistake and fixed it myself. They did not notify me that my DMAS application had been returned and required additional information. Its been 60 days and I am still waiting to be credentialed. Bikham has not responded to any of my emails following up or checking the status of my applications in over two weeks. Do NOT use them as credentialing specialists if you actually want to get credentialed.

What impressed me most was their ability to manage multiple payers simultaneously without delays. In the past, staggered approvals slowed us down, but here, the process was coordinated and efficient across the board. That level of organization is exactly what larger groups like ours need.

I'm still in the process of getting credentialed. I will be updating my review once it's all completed. Thus far, things have been positive. Communication with the teem has been good. Overall I'm happy with the collaboration between the team and me.

I am in the middle of working with Bikham on many credentialing applications. To this point, the process has been smooth and simple. My specialist, Vikas, has been quick to respond to my questions, provide guidance, and execute the process.

I was stock trying to register my home health agency, Bikham answered my calls, emails and directed me step by step.
