Originally booked a Vespa for our trip away months ago ony for it to be cancelled two weeks away from trip with the excuse that the scooter was "out of order for that period"
So looked at their website and found a different Vespa to hire only so I booked it , 1 week later I get the same email with the same lame excuse . The correspondence recieved after was they had already informed me there was no Vespa to hire even though it was available on website .. Will never use them again and looking at the reviews I very much doubt I will get my deposits refunded

Location de scooter : déjà sur leurs sites ils annoncent "Annulations GRATUITES sur la plupart des réservations", c'est faux, ils vous demandent de leur régler une partie qu'ils ne vous rembourseront jamais. Les prix sont X2 le prix d'une location locale, il faut dire que c'est une compagnie européenne, alors pourquoi ne pas en profiter.
Le service client ne répond pas à vos questions, se moque du monde en vous faisant vite comprendre que vous avez perdu, demande d'annulation resté sans réponse, et leurs conditions générales sont mensongères : ils vous expliquent qu'ils s'alignent sur les prix si vous trouvez moins cher sur un autre site ... mais uniquement chez le même loueur !! A noter que vous ne pourrez connaitre le loueur que si vous finalisez une réservation. Trop fort.

Booked machine not available. Bikesbooking rebooked. We canceled and have been chasing payment for 1.5 months. No response to emails!!!! Bad service!!!! Not recommended!!!

No reserveis en esta página y repito noooo reserveis, son unos intermediarios qie su sistema de trabajo es estafar, describo como funcionan.
Anuncian un precio muy barato, todo confirmado y todo ok, cuando se va acercando la fecha del alquiler o por contra os ponéis en contacto con la empresa de alquiler (la que ellos contactan) os mandan un correo indicando modelo no disponible bajo cualquier pretexto ofreciendo una tarifa del doble por otro modelo, lógicamente no se acepta y cobran la gestion que se pagó por adelantado qie no es reembolsable.
Aristoteles seguro que trabaja alli menudos piezas.

We, as a couple, were renting on Madeira. The local agency has been very helpful, however, we originally were renting different bikes (brand) than locally available. It has been ok, finally, but we should have been informed about availability etc.

Acabo de pedir una cancelación del alquiler de una moto en esta web por un cambio de fechas en el viaje y me dicen a pesar de que cancelo con un mes de margen, que me tienen que cobrar un 15% del total porque la moto está ese tiempo parada y preparada para mí. Cualquier motero podrá entender que es un insulto a la inteligencia.
Si con casi un 50% de valoraciones pésimas (1*) esta empresa es incapaz de cambiar sus políticas comerciales, solo queda recomendar que eviten usar sus servicios.
Tengo la impresión que no viven tanto del alquiler de motos o MTB, viven más bien de quedarse las señales que no devuelven cual sea el motivo de las cancelaciones.

We were a big group of friends traveling around Greek islands and we rented 5 atvs in different locations. All the vehicles were in perfect condition, it took us a bit longer to sign the contracts since we rented 5 quads, but overall experience was good. I rented a Vespa in Rome and I requested specifically a red one because I had a special occasion that day. I was very happy to receive what I asked, moreover the Vespa was delivered in time which was very for me. BB is reliable company and I recommend it for sure

Merita meno di zero, peccato che non si poteva mettere al di sotto di una stella.
TRUFFATORI! Ho prenotato tramite il sito tre scooter ad Ibiza dal 09/08/23 al 16/08/23 pagando solo un acconto di circa 50€. Arrivati ad Ibiza ci rechiamo nel parcheggio indicato nel contratto dove fanno da spola tutte le navette delle compagnie di noleggio e già la si presenta il primo campanello d’allarme nessuno aveva il mio nominativo.
Ci accompagnano lo stesso presso la compagnia dove bikesbooking avrebbe dovuto prenotare gli scooter e come avevo intuito non c’era nessuna prenotazione a mio nome è non avevano nessuna disponibilità di scooter e di macchine. Ci siamo ritrovati a piedi alle 23:30 di sera senza sapere come fare. Provo a contattare ripetutamente bikesbooking ma niente da fare non rispondo.
State lontani da questi Truffatori!

Just a portal, as they say. The bike was not delivered to the agreed hotel location. Took a taxi to the rental company and when returned. No GPS, No baggage box, which were supposed to be included in the rental. They ignored taking any responsibility for providing the wrong company. Ignoring messages and emails. KEEP AWAY FROM THEM!!! OR YOU LOSE YOUR MONEY FOR NOTHING!!!

DES ARNAQUEURS!!! J'ai annulé ma réservation (qui n'avait pas été confirmée d'ailleurs) de 2 scooters 50cc après avoir lu "remboursement complet" et notamment qu'aucun vendeur ne louait de 50cc à Sorrento, impliquant donc une fin de non recevoir de Bikesbooking (mise en relation). OR il s'avère d'après les commentaires que cette plateforme s'abstient bien de prévenir que les scooter loués ne sont pas disponibles et ce jusqu'au dernier moment. Ces rats, alors même qu'aucun scooter n'aurait été disponible pour moi, n'ont pas voulu me rembourser mon accompte de 50 euros, arguant leurs CGV qui étaient contradictoires avec leurs mentions au moment de la location. Bref, des rats.

BikesBooking took deposits for two bikes. When I emailed them to confirm checked availability, they told me that the bikes were not available and promised a refund. One month later, I have still not received my money, or any communication, from them.

I REPEAT: DO NOT BOOK THROUGH BIKESBOOKING.COM

Da noleggiatore sono stato contattato da loro,
ho rifiutato un noleggio per via di un fraintendimento sul calendario delle disponibilità. A mio parere la loro interfaccia è inutilmente complicata e loro non forniscono istruzioni nè assistenza. Inoltre in Italia non hanno uffici, non hanno personale che parli in Italiano, non hanno telefoni e non vogliono gestire i problemi. In pratica vogliono solo la commissione del 15% presa direttamente dal cliente per poi disinteressarsi del resto. Non credo sia un buon modello di business.

Recentemente mi hanno inviato mail automatiche per la registrazione salvo poi declinare il mio nuovo inserimento di dati, di seguito la loro mail di risposta:

Unfortunately, we have already sent you one booking before and you didn't accept it. Also you don't speak English, but our customers are travelers from different countries and they speak English. We work only in English language too. We are sorry, but we can't cooperate with your rental company, it is too difficult for us and for our customers.

UPDATE 11/04/2023: Bikes booking ha avviato una procedura per far considerare falsa la mia recensione e ottenere la relativa cancellazione: dopo le verifiche trustpilot l'ha inserita tra quelle verificate ed oggi lo staff di bikesbooking mi invia questa mail minatoria che incollo qui sotto:

We see that your left a bad review for us on Trustpilot - please delete it. We have all rights to decide with which rental companies we are working. It is also our right to choose the language of communication.
Moreover, it is very unprofessional from your side to publish our internal communication on public.

We are waiting for your confirmation of deletion before taking any actions.
