He comprado 2 cafeteras Bialetti y una de ellas filtra los posos al cafe, he contactado con atencion al cliente de Bialetti y la unica respuesta que me dan es que utilice otro cafe, increible, y eso que estoy utilizando cafe Lavaza que es especifico para estas cafeteras.
Ojo con el servicio post venta porque es totalmente inoperante, no te hacen ni caso.

Bought a Moka pot coffee maker from Amazon. Issue with lid pin causing lid to become loose and part detach. Raised support ticket, they responded quickly and requested photos and proof of purchase. I then heard nothing so had to chase them. They replied and said damage has been caused by customer dropping it. This is not the case at all. It has never been dropped by us and the defect was evident when first opened. They’re now ignoring my emails. Despite the defect they’re nice products just awful customer service.

Mi hanno regalato la bialetti Dama usata una volta e perdeva acqua, portata all'assistenza, mi hanno cambiato un tubo, nriportata a casa perdeva ancora di più acqua, riportata alla'ssistenza mi cambiano caldaia, dopo un mese di utilizzo di nuovo perdita d'acqua, chiamo labialetti mi dicono di riportare in assistenza, questa volta gli dico che la butto perchè mi costa più di benzina, ogni volta che la porto in assistenza perchè più di un ora di macchina, questa macchina fa proprio schifo non parliamo del caffè acqua, mi dispiace per chi me la regalata, costata 100 euro una vera schifezza

J’ai passé commande le 18 décembre sur le site Bialetti, commande jamais reçue, pas de numéro de suivi, impossible de joindre le service client, n’a jamais répondu à mes mails, j’ai tenté par téléphone mais comme je ne parle pas italien on m’a raccroché au nez…. Service pitoyable… j’ai perdu 80€ de commande

I have contacted Bialetti via their online form twice but I have never received a response. I contacted them to ask if it was possible to purchase a new boiler for a Moka timer as I have 2 less than 6 months old but unfortunately when friends came to stay they placed it on the electric hob and melted the base. We were happy with the machine and accept that this is completely our fault but even if they don’t sell the part separately it would be polite to reply.

Ricevuta in regalo per natale una Bialetti dama Red mi dispiace per chi ha speso i soldi letteralmente buttati nella spazzatura. Ho scritto al servizio clienti dell'anomalia della macchinetta mi hanno risposto che non so' fare il caffè 🤣🤣 dandomi le istruzioni x l'uso appropriato 😡. Avrei invitato gentilmente la persona incaricata alla risposta di presentarsi a casa mia x farmi un caffè visto che lei/ lui è un esperto ,🤦 l'italianità purtroppo e sparita per un brand come la Bialetti delusa e sicuramente non la consiglio a nessuno 😡

Bought an original espresso machine, in a special edition colour - and only 6 weeks after buying it, it was completely discoloured. Wrote to the customer service and they did NOTHING. Very disappointing.

Purtroppo le padelle dopo poco hanno cominciato a perdere tutta l'aderenza nonostante le abbia trattate sempre con cura. I commessi che da prima hanno chiesto di portarli senza problemi , poi hanno elencati varie cose sbagliate fatte da me, cose non vere perché non è la prima che compro alla Bialetti. Questa era una partita errata e tutti gli sbagli che loro hanno elencati non erano proprio possibili. Tanto è vero che appena averle acquistate ne ho cambiata subito una perché era tutta rigata. Mi hanno detto che la garanzia è per 5 anni ma mi chiedo su cosa??? Sul manico?? . Mi dispiace perché sono sempre stata cliente della Bialetti, consigliando a tutti Ora purtroppo penso che questa non sia serietà e anche la fiducia sia andata persa. Ripeto mi dispiace perché è la prima volta che mi lamento per un difetto, non credevo non lo considerassero.

Montalatte cioccolateria: dopo pochi messi di uso il bricco in materiale antiaderente ha iniziato a sfaldarsi: scopro che è successo praticamente a tutti!
Contattata l’azienda davanti ad un palese difetto di fabbrica hanno negato anche la semplice sostituzione del bricco ..(a questo punto peraltro inutile dato il difetto a monte), rimandandomi all’assistenza in negozio che non è più a Siena da anni!! …non sanno neppure dove sono i loro negozi!

J'ai acheté la bialetti petit modèle pour 2 personnes couleur bleu, mais le problème c'est qu'elle est impossible à laver. Je n'ai pas de problème avec les version standards en metal, mais je deconseille fortement d'acheter celles qui sont décorées avec de la peinture, car les taches de café ne partiront pas...

State lontani dalle loro macchinette. Fatte ad ok per rompersi dopo neanche 3 mesi e di cui puntualmente le mandano al centro assistenza e te le restituiscono con pezzi non tuoi, danneggiate e graffiate, ma che sicuro sono tue a prescindere e dopo un mese il gioco ricomincia

Come ricredersi su un marchio di cui sei cliente da anni. Per la prima volta ho avuto bisogno di contattare il servizio clienti per un problema e sono stata liquidata con una mail prestampata che nemmeno dai peggiori customer care ho mai ricevuto. Attenzione al cliente pari a zero, probabilmente il mio messaggio non è stato nemmeno letto. Veramente delusa, servizio clienti imbarazzante, soprattutto considerata la fama e la longevità del brand.

Bialetti has really started to let its quality decrease and its only now that I realize ow horrible their support is.

May 2024 I bought an Bialetti 6093 electric Mocca Pot via Amazon. Already in June the top knob started to fall off due to bad quality and the bottom has started to degrade.

Apprently if you order through Amazon you will still need to visit their own website to report RMA or for spareparts. But for some reason they at the time want ALL of your information again (eventhough they still have it via Amazon).

Still after reporting my issue I heard nothing til today when they said they needed more information about where I live and then that they had closed the case.

Their normal Mocca pots has better quality and are prob what I will stick to in the future... If I even decide to try Bialetti again.

I bought a Bialetti Venus stainless steel coffee maker two weeks ago, and it already has corrosion spots. I contacted Bialetti customer service but received no response. The poor material quality and lack of support are unacceptable. Avoid Bialetti products and choose a more reliable brand.

finally, the spare part has arrived.
therefore: another star, even though it took ages and caused a lot of stress.

bialetti has contacted me!
yeah!
they have requested a lot of information and documents, but ok, it's fair.
in return there are now stars 2 and 3.
all documents and information have now been mailed and i'm waiting for the replacement part.
as soon as it arrives, i'll give star 4 and 5.

10.04.24:

after 2 weeks, the seal on the lid of the bialetti kremina was already porous. all attempts to contact us to obtain a replacement part came to nothing. zero service + poor quality = finger away from bialetti products.

Acquistato macchina "Dama" per cialde in carta... pessima qualità... perde acqua ovunque, non è in grado di generare pressione sulla cialda e quindi il risultato, più che caffè si potrebbe definire un brodino aromatizzato al caffè... qualitativamente paragonabile al secondo / terzo utilizzo di una capsula nespresso... purtroppo vivendo all'estero e avendo acquistato la macchina in Italia non ho più possibilità di restituirla... soldi completamente buttati... mai più acquisti presso Bialetti...

A few years ago now - maybe up to five - I was bought a stainless steel Bialetti Venus - the model before the current version I believe. I thought it looked great. It suddenly developed aleak in the tank base and when I complained to Bialetti I received the following reply -

Dear customer good morning,
we hereby inform you that from the forwarded images it is Misuse, the coffee maker was overheated and left on the heat source after brewing.
The boiler is not for sale as a replacement part and since it is Misuse, we cannot proceed with product replacement.
We remain at your complete disposal for any further clarification at 030.7720.104, operating Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. [Italy Only]

I was not impressed, especially given that they do not even sell a replacement tank so I will have to throw it all in the recycling. I emailed them again some 3 weeks ago seeking an explanation as to why they even think that over-heating a stainless steel item results in holes and have not received any sort of a reply. I gave them 10 days to respond and said I would then take appropriate action. I think this is the best I can do!
When I examined the tank more closely I noticed that far from having only one hole in it, there were in fact lots of other corroded places where it was very easy to just push a bradawl though into the tank. I wish I could add some photos.
Is this what should happen to stainless steel that has been overheated? Even when I am sure it hasn't! I think not. The material used in the manufacture must have been complete rubbish and I have no intention of ever buying another Bialetti item in my lifetime.
From some of the comments below I am not alone. Be warned!
