Better Bed Company Anmeldelser 

Ordered a rug. It hasn’t turned up yet. But betterbed want me to post a review so here we are..

Edit: I've changed my review to 5 stars - rug turned up within the 5 days and is excellent, much cheaper than I could find it elsewhere!

Ordered a rug and had no confirmation email of my order. Although they took payment. I have since been chasing delivery. I have been given a DHL number that doesn’t exist and every time I call I’ve been told that once it’s scanned into a local depot the number will show. I’ve now been told to wait for over the weekend to see if it updates….. happy to take your money but no product. Beware they order from another company and items are not in stock. I can see every time someone makes a bad comment on Trust Pilot the reply is thank you we’ll take the comment on board…. Lee has tried to contact the suppliers but at one point I wondered if this company even existed! I wanted to buy another £500 worth of rugs but would rather pay extra for a company that knows where my products are!

I ordered a bed, which said it would take 4 weeks to manufacture and deliver to my address. I received no updates from the better bed company after my order confirmation email.

2 weeks later, whilst I was at work, I received a surprise text from XPD express saying that my delivery was next. 28 minutes later their tracking page was updated with just the word "delivered". Nobody had signed for this 91kg delivery, and there was no indication of where it had been left or any photo of the delivery location.

I rushed back to find 3 cardboard boxes containing my new bed, sat in my front garden, in the pouring rain

The following info on their website is misleading:
1. "You’ll receive an email when your order is ready." - You won't
2. "We will notify you when it has been sent" - They won't
3. "You will be booked in for delivery of any beds a few days before the delivery takes place." – You wont know the delivery date
4. "The Beds will be taken into your room of choice." - Outside, in the rain, was not my room of choice

When I contacted their customer support I was simply told "we do struggle with delivery teams this time of year".

For anyone still considering buying a bed, I would recommend checking the weather will be good for the next month before ordering.

I was after a particular Ottoman bed from a known quality brand and found it on the Better Bed Co site significantly cheaper than anyone else. The price included delivery, which was superbly handled with regular communication. The bed was spot on when arrived. You couldn't really ask for more. Not everyone is cut out for assembling a bed like this, so don't blame the BBC if you're not ! ... but if you are a bit practical, then BBC are as good as it gets.

Excellent company. I read many reviews before choosing BetterBeds, in case it was too good to be true, and I’m glad I chose this one.
I ordered the GSW ottoman bed and it arrived a few days later. The delivery company BJS was also excellent, and I was sent many confirmation emails & texts, confirming my order and delivery.
Lee responded immediately to an email I sent, asking a question about the bed. He asked me to leave a review and I’ve waited a month to write this to be sure I’m happy with the bed. I like how I’ve not been constantly reminded to leave a review.
The bed itself is great and excellent value for the price. I’m loving having the storage space underneath. I’ve not told my 5 year old that her bed lifts up and I’m hoping she never finds out.
I wouldn’t say the white faux leather looks luxurious but for the price it looks good enough.
It took my husband a good few hours to build it but I’m sure others could do it faster.

Website very misleading false advertising that next day delivery is available for items that are not actually in stock. No communication post order about expected delivery date only given a vague date when phoned up which then wasn’t met so chased again and now this is the 3rd time delivery has been put back. Ordered an ottoman bed during Black Friday sale 27th Nov now 17th of December and apparently delivery will be 23rd of Jan. Which is not ideal being so close to Christmas. Excuses given about their supplier not delivering the stock. Doubt it will even arrive anyway so we will be sleeping on a mattress on the floor at this rate. The 2.5% charge for cancelling is absolute robbery disgraceful to think a company can operate like this when they are at fault!!

Delivered within 2 days. Brilliant.

Na 4 maanden slapen op onze nieuwe boxspring.
Voelde mijn vrouw een soort van veer door de topper.
Terug geweest naar de winkel, en hier wordt voorgesteld een nieuwe matras te leveren.
Al met al een top ervaring, slaapt nu weer heerlijk op deze matras.

Wasn't the one I wanted when they phoned to tell me they assured me the one they was sending was exactly the same it wasn't it was 40cm to long which is a lot in box room and then they said when I requested to return it they changed my over £50 but it was delivered for free 3 weeks later I'm still waiting for my refund i would never use this company again

I was pleased with the quality and design of the bed and it was delivered within the given time-frame. The one disappointment was the fabric colour which was described as “Sky blue”. It isn’t blue - it’s grey with a slight blue tone. If you were to see a sky this colour you’d be getting your umbrella out, frankly!

Website was easy to use. Ordering process was smooth and straight forward. Delivery was as advertised and we were kept informed of progress by email and text. Not yet assembled but don't anticipate any problems.

Just had kaydian medburn ottoman delivered. Great service all round. quick delivery to room of my choice. Received texts and calls to confirm delivwry address and informing me of delivery time. Brilliant

Requested to cancel my order via email. Within 10 minutes I had a call back from Lee, and after a quick discussion it was all dealt with and cancelled. Really good guy to deal with, and particularly impressed as it was 7pm on Friday!

Brilliant service guys, ordered and delivered within 2 days!! Kept me up to date with delivery times , couldn’t have been any better. Thank you so much!!

TERRIBLE COMPANY
Nothing but problems, bought a Ottoman bed, was given a delivery date, on that date it was supposed to be delivered, it was half hour away, disposed of old bed, then found out they couldn’t deliver that day after all, only found this out due to me contacting them as it didn’t arrive, they did not contact me to let me know, they apparently lost a double Ottoman bed en route ?, then it was tge excuse that it was someone else’s bed that was going to be delivered that day to a person with the same surname as mine, who lived in the same road as mine, they just didn’t know what to say next, Not the best excuse I’ve heard.
When we did receive the bed, they had put the wrong measurements down for the headboard, The measurements wasn’t what was as advertised, The bed frame was correct, but the headboard was a lot bigger than the bed, So this did not fit.
I was offered £100 off a Different bed, as they was all the wrong size, Bear in mind, he then upped his prices Another hundred So that if we did buy another one, we wasn’t really getting £100 pounds off.
I have had no Form of compensation for a days money that was lost and all the up evil of putting beds together, taking it apart, getting it sent back, The man had no consideration and was extremely rude, impolite and inconsiderate so shouldnt he in this line of business, only polite, when things are good.
Stay clear, there’s plenty more bed company’s out there.

I have had no problems from start to finish . The buying process was straightforward. Item was delivered promptly and was all as described.

Delivery arrived on time and in perfect condition

I actually had to cancel the bed frame due to unforseen circumstances that was on order and already out for delivery but Lee was very helpful and managed to stop the delivery of it. Thank you Lee for your consideration and helpfulness.

Ordered mattress for my mother and it was delivered a few days later. Lee from Betterbeds was very helpful. The delivery man was lovely too. Would definitely recommend 👌
