We ordered the delivery of a bed mattress from Lee. We received a text to say that the delivery would be the next day. The delivery occurred on time in the morning. Lee was very helpful as was the courier. We received a text from Lee to check the delivery and the quality of the mattress which appears quite satisfactory. We are pleased both with the product and the contact by the company.

A very good experience
On ordering the first bed we wanted and it going through as a sale we were phoned the next day by Lee who explained that it was actually out of stock. He then suggested a different model which was as nice and cheaper and would be delivered the next day. Amazing correspondence and very helpful. Would definitely use again and highly recommend

Smooth process and excellent customer care. I placed an order for a Julian Bowen trundle bed for my kids. Reasonably priced, I got their price match promise honoured after I found a (slightly) cheaper deal on another website. The product was delivered on time after 5 working days on a day of choice. Everything went well and I recommend them.

I bought a mattress and bed frame online. Lee called me straight away to confirm when I would like the mattress delivered. It came the next day and the delivery guys took it all the way upstairs to the loft for me. The bed was delivered a few days later. For both deliveries I was given multiple updates on the ETA and was called 30 mins before to let me know they were close. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service!
The mattress and bed frame were just as they appeared on the Better Bed Company website. Very happy with my purchase.

Communication was 10/10, the bed is 10/10. Lee was very helpful and accommodated for a suitable delivery day when I would be in, and the delivery guys were very helpful with their regular updates.

scam, try and take more money. Falsely advertisement
Found the bed we wanted on 3 different sites, all the same price but went with the better bed company as they had a 10% off discount code. When entered, the discount wasn’t 10% so called and spoke to Lee who said it’s an error on the site and it’s only 5%. Accepted this despite false advertisement.
Ordered the bed, with the £50 discount (thereabouts) but received a call from Lee the following day to say the bed was the wrong price on there site. It was infact more than what we paid. Asked how that was my problem as again, another issue with the price on their part.
He wanted more money from me so told him to cancel my order and refund the price. Rather pay more elsewhere than deal with poor customer service and clearly bad management of their business.
