I love the passion that Phil shows to his craft. I have had several orders from his shop, and I can honestly say that his produce is superb. I have not had anything that has disappointed me. I am one very happy customer.

Excellent meat , excellent service excellent butchers 5 star all round

Great service and good products every thing fresh

Ive been using Bennets since the first lockdown in 2020,
The meat is of great quality at a fair price which has been consistant since day 1.
On the odd occasion if there was an issue with my order they would rectify it efficiently. Overall great customer service and friendly staff.

there appeared to be total confusion regarding my delivery - I received confirmation that the order was in hand and that I would be contacted with delivery date and time - this did not happen neither did any contact from Bennetts themselves after a couple of phone calls to Bennetts the matter was sorted but with no apology or reason given - order received later than expected

Always great quality. Order always correct. Collect from Anthony's in Horbury. Staff are so friendly.

What a great company. I can, hand on heart, honestly say these are the best online butchers I’ve ever used. The quality of the meat, the customer service and the prices are absolutely amazing. Yes they are plenty of online butchers out there but, trust me, these guys smash it out of the park. Phil is a legend and as I said the ladies in Customer Services are amazing. Guys just keep doing what you do

Brilliant customer service . Phil and his team are always friendly and welcoming .
The produce in the shop is of good quality at very reasonable prices and they make sure to give you very good deals all year round . If you can’t see what you need in the shop you only have to ask and they try to get it for you .
I travel to get to Bennett’s because it’s worth it .
Phil and his team often “treat” me by throwing in extra for no charge if you’re a loyal customer .
It’s the best high street butcher I know and the meat is superior to the supermarkets and much cheaper . I don’t order online as I like to go and see the staff in person …. The banter is great 😀
Thank you Phil and team for your excellent service .

My husband watched a YouTube video and decided to order a meat box. Absolutely nothing was as described or featured on the video. Nothing had labels. A so-called chateaubriand is the end of a fillet and is so pale Its obviously old and been left hanging around. Other steaks are unidentifiable. It's unfortunate that we don't t have a dog

Poor quality sirloins not edible short weight ribeyes complained but no apology or solution would not recommend this butchers buy with eyes and trust your local suppliers any problems take it back

Placed an order for £156.98 of meat.
The order arrived in a very damaged box with meat juices dripping from the bottom. Inside the foil bag didn’t cover the meat and the three ice packs were warm. The meat was also warm and both the loin of pork & chicken breasts bags had blown. I sent six emails to Bennett’s without reply. Next day I found their phone number and called them, when they eventually answered I explained the situation but they said that the lady who deals with online ordering doesn’t work Wednesday’s and hung up.
Eventually I received an email stating it was DPD’s fault and they would make a claim with them and get back to me when they had received DPD’s response. I am still awaiting a reply.

Top service and a top guy all make you feel welcome . My steaks minted lamb and chops all bang on I’ll be back up this weekend as all the lamb chops i have smashed straight in 😂😂🙏🙏 keep up the good work guys

I have been buying form these since lockdown, always been amazing products and service, can’t beat champagne quality at lemonade prices

You get what you pay for at Bennett what you see on his Facebook page is not what you get in the shop but that’s life I go to a different butchers now and give a couple of quid more per kilo for good quality meat

Iv been ordering from Bennett’s for around 2 years now and the meat quality and quantity is great value for money.
Thank you Phil 🤝

Great meat great staff!! I buy every week and yet to have anything that wasn’t 100%. I always order a Rib of beef for Christmas always amazes the family how good it is!!

Received on time Sirloin steaks, container full of blood and meat bright red, also only 5 and not 6 steaks.Dogs might like.8 lamb chops the packaging was absolutely awful. The chops tiny, nothing like the photos and again container very wet. 1kg black garlic rump, container full of blood looks inedible. The lamb rump looks OK but never again.

I ordered over £50 wotth of meat. It arrived after 6pm on the scheduled day. The ice pack ( single) was totally defrosted and the meat smelt awful. I have tried on 2 occasions to email for a refund and an explanation but have still had no response from Bennetts. Will never use them again and will not recommend to anyone. Very poor service.

Great meat at great prices.
So far had a Boston Butt, two pork collars and bunch of ribeye steaks, the quality is superb and the price unbelievable. Delivery has always been quick and on the day that it was promised. Will definitely return for more.
