Outstanding & Reliable Teams
The letting and property management teams really did incredible jobs
It is challenging to be an Oversea Landlord in London. I truly appreciate the excellent service from Adrian and Denisa from the management team.
With their proactive approach and attention to details, everything from maintenance issues, certificate renewals to bills payments have run seamlessly. Ensuring my tenants are always happy and my property kept in excellent condition.
Special thanks to Di, the letting manager, who deserves the highest recognition. Di has very strong client connections, expertise in securing reliable tenants and getting the deal done in no time. He genuinely care about their clients, both landlords and tenants and strive to deliver the best service.
Last but not least, thanks to Makayla, from letting team in H.K., who helped me from the very beginning and guided me through.

Good and responsive service in general
I find B&R's service to be good and responsive in generally, markedly different from my previous agent who is indifferent at best. I would mention in particular Adrian Ciot in the UK and Makayla Chu in HK who have been very helpful.

Good overall letting experience, in a general UK Real Estate market marked by quite poor level of customer service. In special, agents Di, Zak and Joanna have been quite helpful and worked around the clock to get the deal closed.
